Objective: To explore the relationship between low back pain of female hormone deficiency of the liver and kidney and serum,To evaluate the differences in age,course of disease distribution and sex hormone levels among women with low back pain and women with low back pain of deficiency of the liver and kidney and blood stasis syndrome.Find out the influencing factors of liver and kidney deficiency type of low back pain,select objective indicators of liver-kidney deficiency type.Method:1.According to the diagnostic criteria of lower back pain and TCM syndrome differentiation criteria,40 cases of female patients with low back pain caused by liver-kidney deficiency,40 cases of female patients with low back pain caused by bloody lower back pain women 40 and 15 healthy women were selected.Setted them as liver and kidney deficiency group,blood stasis group,health group and measure their serum sex hormones.2.Observing serum sex hormones in three groups of women,carry on rank sum test,multivariate logistic regression analysis,discriminant analysis,and other statistical analysis.Result:(1)No statistical difference in age between the three groups;there was a statistical difference in the course of liver and kidney deficiency group and blood stasis group,P<0.05,The duration of liver and kidney deficiency group was significantly longer than that of blood stasis group.(2)The three groups were in the overall FSH,LH,E2,PRL,and P levels,P<0.05,all have statistical differences,There was no statistical difference in overall T levels.Five sex hormones were statistically significant between liver and kidney deficiency group and blood stasis group,the liver and kidney deficiency group had significantly higher FSH and LH than the blood stasis group;E2,PRL,and P in the liver and kidney deficiency group were significantly lower than those in the blood stasis group.There was a statistically significant difference in FSH,LH,and E2 levels in sex hormones between the liver and kidney deficiency group and the healthy group,PRL,P were not statistically significant,the liver and kidney deficiency group had significantly higher FSH and LH than the healthy group,and the liver and kidney deficiency group had significantly lower E2 than the healthy group.FSH and P in five sex hormones in blood stasis group and healthy group were statistically significant,LH,E2,PRL were not statistically significant,the FSH in blood stasis group was lower than that in healthy group,and the P in blood stasis group was significantly higher than that in healthy group.(3)In multivariate logistic regression analysis,α=0.1,influencing factors of liver and kidney deficiency group,the P of FSH=0.084<0.1,the P of E2=0.077<0.1,the other sex hormone P values were not statistically significant.Sex hormones FSH,E2 can be included in the regression equation,it is suggested that FSH and E2 are the main influencing factors of female low back pain and liver-kidney deficiency type,because FSH corresponds to Exp(B)=OR=1.208>1,P=0.089,it shows that the increase of FSH may increase the occurrence of liver and kidney deficiency in women with low back pain.E2 corresponds to Exp(B)=OR=0.865<1,P=0.077,therefore,the increase in E2 content may reduce the occurrence of female low back pain liver and kidney deficiency type,FSH and E2 have the opposite trend in affecting the occurrence of female low back pain,liver and kidney deficiency type.Influential factors of blood stasis group,The P of T=0.038<0.1,the other sex hormone P values were not statistically significant.T can be included in the regression equation,explain that testosterone is the main influencing factor of lower back pain and blood stasis in women,since testosterone corresponds to Exp(B)=OR=0.835<1,P=0.038,therefore,the increase in T content may reduce the incidence of lower back pain and blood stasis in women.(4)Non-standardized discrimination factor: Y=-1.119-0.084E2+0.076FSH+0.046 T,E2 has higher weight for discriminating between liver and kidney deficiency group or blood stasis group.Fisher’s discriminant function Y1 represents liver and kidney deficiency group,Y1=-36.37+1.101E2+1.292FSH+0.628T;Y2 stands for blood stasis group,Y2=-33.527+1.314E2+1.1FSH+0.511T;distinguish FSH for liver and kidney deficiency group with higher weight,E2 discriminates higher weight for blood stasis group.By combining two types of discrimination,E2 is an important discriminant index for distinguishing between liver and kidney deficiency syndrome or blood stasis syndrome.Conclusion: 1.The duration of the liver and kidney deficiency group was significantly longer than that of the blood stasis group.2.FSH and LH in patients with lower back pain in liver and kidney deficiency are higher than those in blood stasis,E2,PRL,P are lower than blood stasis type;FSH and LH in patients with low back pain in liver and kidney deficiency are significantly higher than those in healthy people,E2 is significantly lower than healthy people.The FSH of patients with blood stasis type low back pain was lower than that of healthy people,P was significantly higher than that of the healthy group.3.FSH and E2 are the main influencing factors of low back pain and liver-kidney deficiency in women.The increase of FSH content may increase the occurrence of liver and kidney deficiency in women with low back pain;increase in E2 content may reduce the occurrence of liver and kidney deficiency in women with low back pain;FSH and E2 showed the opposite trend in affecting the occurrence of liver-kidney deficiency type.4.Increased T levels may reduce the incidence of lower back pain and blood stasis in women.5.FSH has a higher weight for discriminating liver-kidney deficiency,E2 has higher weight for discriminating blood group,in order to distinguish liver and kidney deficiency group or blood stasis group,E2 has a higher weight.Combining two discriminating methods to prompt E2 is the main sex hormone for discriminating low back pain and blood stasis type low back pain in liver and kidney deficiency.
