| Objective: By evaluating the difference between Zhu Lian Excited Type II Acupuncture and conventional drugs in the clinical treatment of kidney deficiency type lumbago,we explore the advantages and feasibility of Zhu Lian Excited Type II Acupuncture in the clinical treatment of kidney deficiency type lumbago,and provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of kidney deficiency type lumbago.Methods: 66 patients with kidney deficiency type lumbago who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into observation group(33 cases)and control group(33 cases)according to the randomized digital table method.Patients in the observation group were treated with Zhu Lian Excited Type II Acupuncture,the course of treatment is 1 the next day,7 for 1course,a total of two courses,a total course of 4 weeks.The control group of patients were treated with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-Release Tablets(specification 75mg/tablet,10 tablets/box),oral 75mg/day for 5 consecutive days,2 days apart,it took 4 sessions for a total course of 4 weeks.The visual simulation scale Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association evaluated the treatment score Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)were compared before and after treatment,and finally assessed the overall efficiency in the two groups.Statistical processing and analysis of this study data was performed using SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results: 1.During the treatment of 66 patients with kidney deficiency type lumbago,3 patients were shed in both groups,so 30 patients in the observation group and 30 patients in the control group were included in the final data statistics.In the case of general data comparison,the difference in age and disease course between the two groups was not significantly significant(P>0.05),and comparative analysis can be conducted.2.Comparison of efficacy scores before and after treatment between the two groups: in the within-group comparison,VAS score and ODI dysfunction index were reduced compared with treatment,while JOA scores were higher compared with treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups improved pain symptoms after treatment than before treatment.In the inter-group comparison,the VAS score and ODI dysfunction index in the observed group were significantly lower than the control group,while the JOA score was significantly higher compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.In comparison of total efficiency,11 were cured of 30 patients in the observation group after treatment,13 were significantly effective,4 were effective and 2 were completely ineffective,and the total efficiency was93.33%.4 out of the 30 patients in the control group were cured,9 were significantly effective,11 were effective,and 6 were completely ineffective,with a total efficiency of 80.00%.The total efficiency was significantly higher than in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion(s): 1.Based on the analysis of the improvement of VAS scores in the two groups,the observed patients reduced the lumbago better than the control group,indicating that Zhu Lian Excited Type II Acupuncture had a better effect in reducing the symptoms of lumbago.2.Based on the analysis of the improvement of ODI dysfunction index in the two groups,in terms of improving lower waist activity,lower limb walking inconvenience and other lumbar dysfunction,the observation group was better than the control group,indicating that Zhu Lian Excited Type II Acupuncture had a better effect in improving patients’ waist dysfunction.3.Based on the analysis of the improvement of JOA scores in the two groups,the observation group improved better than the control group in the clinical symptoms and pathological signs of lower back pain patients,indicating that Zhu Lian Excited Type II Acupuncture was better in improving the lumbar function and restoring pathological signs.4.Based on the analysis of the overall effect results,after treatment observation group is significantly higher than the control group,indicating that Zhu Lian Excited Type II Acupuncture for relieving patients with kidney deficiency type lumbago pain,lumbar and lower limb dysfunction and restore pathological signs have better effect,and the treatment without adverse reactions,patients are easy to accept,suitable for clinical application. |
