The Clinical Research Of Nourishing The Liver And Kidney Decoction Therapy In The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Type Of Menopausal Sydrome

Objective: To observe the clinical of nourishing the liver and kidney decoction therapy in the treatment of Liver and kidney yin deficiency type of Menopausal sydrome,and to explore its mechanism.Method: 60 patients with Liver and Kidney Yin deficiency type of menopause syndrome patients,were randomly divided into two groups.The 30 patients in the traditional Chinese group(treatment group)are treated by nourishing the liver and kidney decoction.The other 30 patients in the Western medicine group(control group)were treated by Femoston.The two groups Were 28 days for 1course of treatment,a total of 3course of treatment.To observe the clinical efficacy of two groups,TCM symptom score,The illness of improvement,sex hormone levels(FSH?LH?E2),using statistical software for processing.RESULTS : Comprehensive curative effect comparison:The total effective rate of traditional Chinese group,Western medicine group were86.67%,67.67%,both being a statistical difference(P<0.05).TCM symptoms:The TCM symptoms in the two groups before treatment dad no significant diference(P>0.05),and after the treatment,the TCM symptoms were Different levels improved,The total effective rate of traditional Chinese group,Western medicine group were 83.33%,60%,both being a statistical difference(P<0.05).Among them,the main symptoms of Baking hot sweat out and the secondary symptoms of insomnia,dreaminess,irritability,dizziness,Muscle joints pain,Upset in the traditional Chinese group were obviously better than Western medicine group(P<0.05).TCM symptoms scores:The TCM symptoms scores in the two groups before treatment dad no significant diference(P>0.05),and after the treatment,being a statistical difference(P<0.05).The illness of improvement:The extent of the disease in the two groups before treatment dad no significant diference(P>0.05),and after the treatment,both were obviously improved,but being no significant diference(P>0.05).Sex hormone levels comparison:Two groups of FSH? LH ? E2's levels before treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05),and they were slightly changed after treatment,the difference was no significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: nourishing the liver and kidney decoction had a significant effect on the imprvovement of Liver and kidney yin deficiency type in patients with Menopausal sydrome of clinical sympto,TCM symptoms scores.The therapy can effectively provide the patients quality of life.
