Background: coronary heart disease is a common disease caused serious harm to human health,in recent years,the increasing incidence in middle age symptoms,sometimes causing serious consequences of disability and mortality,causing harm to the family and society.In recent years,this disease has been increasing in China,but its cause has not been completely determined.It is the result of various factors acting on different links.The disease is diagnosed by coronary angiography,because of the limitations of equipment and technology,and economic reasons,people's lack of understanding of the disease,and refused to have invasive examination and other reasons,in most hospitals,even some large hospitals,patients cannot or do not wish for coronary angiography to confirm the diagnosis,which makes the we explore whether the severity of other noninvasive,inexpensive,simple and easy operation method or index to predict the severity of coronary artery,traditional risk factors have been known,however,these risk factors in the presence of some people without coronary heart disease,and none of these risk factors,some people still the development of coronary heart disease,some factors that have not yet been discovered.Therefore,we find some new risk factors or biological markers to mention The prediction of high disease is of great significance for the assessment of the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.Objective:The aim of this study was to observe and compare the mean platelet volume in patients with coronary heart disease patients in the control group(MPV)and carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)changes in these indicators,to investigate the relationship between mean platelet volume,carotid intima-media thickness and the severity of coronary artery disease and its clinical significance,we through the clinic a simple index for early prediction of coronary heart disease.Methods:Take retrospective from June 2017 to September 2017 in the Department of Cardiology of Huaihe Hospital of Henan University ward in this study,chest discomfort,chest pain,chest tightness and other symptoms,and 181 cases of suspected coronary heart disease admitted in our department and underwent coronary angiography patients as the research object,including 102 cases of male(56.3%),79 cases were female(43.7%),basic the clinical data were recorded in detail and real(gender,age,hypertension,diabetes and other medical history,smoking history).All subjects were admitted to hospital after second days of fasting venous blood and promptly sent to the inspection department,the detection of blood index in MPV,and bilateral carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound in all the patients,measure and record the carotid intima-media thickness,etc.to improve the relevant examination,and patients with stable disease after and underwent coronary angiography(CAG)examination,according to the results of coronary angiography,and diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease: left main and right anterior descending and circumflex coronary,at least 1 degree of stenosis is equal to or greater than 50%,the study divided into CHD group and control group of 123 cases of non coronary heart disease group of 48 cases.According to the clinical data of the two groups of patients,the mean platelet volume and carotid intima-media thickness were analyzed and compared,and Gensini score according to the results of coronary angiography,the lesion group CHD group according to the Gensini score is divided into 1-30,31-60,61-90,and>90divided into four sub groups,further analysis and detection comparison of MPV and CIMT measurements in the two groups of the value of the level,and at the same time,the detection and measurement of MPV and CIMT value of coronary artery disease and Gensini score correlation analysis.The use of statistical software spss22.0 analysis,measurement data by(x±s)said,between the two groups using t test,analysis of variance was used to compare between groups after 22,compared with the LSD test with count data;constituent ratio,groups were compared by chi square test;using Pearson correlation analysis and Gensini correlation MPV,IMT,according to the inspection level p<0.05 said the difference was statistically significant.Results:(1)The disease group and control group comparison of basic clinical data: compared with the control group,coronary heart disease patients with diabetes,detection of low density lipoprotein in patients with a history of smoking,the number of value level,mean platelet volume and CIMT levels were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)In coronary heart disease group,compared with the different Gensini integral group,with the increase of Gensini score of coronary artery disease,the level of MPV and CIMT also increased,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001)(3)Coronary heart disease group MPV and CITM detection value and coronary Gensini integral correlation analysis,coronary heart disease group MPV,CITM levels and coronary Gensini score were positively correlated(r=0.543,P<0.001;r=0.651,P<0.001).Conclusion:The detection of MPV and CITM in CHD group were significantly higher than the value of the non CHD group,and the measurement of the two indexes values were positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease,the combined detection of MPV and CITM is of great significance for us to evaluate and judge the severity of coronary artery disease.
