Objective:To analyze the clinical result of using Cable-Ti and Orthocoard suture for the treatment of the anterior cruciate ligament tibial eminence avulsion fractures. Methods:From Dec,2008 to Dec,2017,36 cases of patients who got avulsion fracture of the tibial eminence of anterior cruciate ligament were selected and divided into A(cable-Ti)group and B(Orthocord suture)group;Lysholm scores were adopted to evaluate the clinical outcome in pre-operation,3 months after operation and 12 months after operation. Results:In the final follow-up,all patients got functional recovery and Lachmen's test(-).Lysholm score after operation in 3 months were compared with the score before operation. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Lysholm score after operation in 12 months were compared with the score after operation in 3 months. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Lysholm score were compared with the score after operation in 3 and 12 months. The difference was statistically no significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:cable-Ti and Orthocord suture using in anterior cruciate ligament tibia eminence avulsion fractures were both acquire firm fixation and early functional training of knee joint According to ERAS.However,Using cable-Ti can reduce the surgical procedure in the surgery, less interference with the anterior cruciate ligament, and less displacement of fracture. At the same time,cable-Ti has obvious price advantage for Orthocord, which can be used as the clinical first choice. |
