Research Progress On Arthroscopic Avulsion Fracture Of The Tibial Intercondylar Crest Of Anterior Cruciate Ligament

In recent years,with the rise of skiing,football and other sports,the incidence of avulsion fracture of the tibial intercondylar ridge of anterior cruciate ligament is also increasing.At present,arthroscopic internal fixation of the tibial intercondylar crest avulsion fracture of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)is the most common method for the treatment of this kind of patients.In clinical,there are disputes in the time of operation,the mode of operation,the choice of internal fixation,the way of fixation,and the rehabilitation after the operation.In view of this,combined with relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper comprehensively expounds from several aspects,in order to further optimize the development of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament tibial intercondylar eminence fracture internal fixation.
