| Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic treatment of anterior cruciate ligament avulsion fracture of tibial insertion. Methods:Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of Department of orthopedics of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from March 2018 to 2020 During October,29 patients with avulsion fracture of tibial insertion of anterior cruciate ligament were treated with different fixators under arthroscopy. After operation, they wore knee brace and were given guidance of functional exercise. After discharge, they were followed up regularly to observe the occurrence of complications, and reviewed knee anteroposterior and lateral DR to evaluate fracture reduction and healing. At the same time,Lysholm score, anterior drawer test and Lachman test were compared before and after operation to evaluate the recovery of knee function.Results:29 patients were followed up,the average follow-up time was 15.9 ± 7.7 months.Immediately after operation, the anteroposterior and lateral DR of knee joint showed good fracture reduction, and 3 months after operation, the fracture healed well.At the last follow-up,the anterior drawer test and Lachman test were negative, and the movement of knee joint was not limitedConclusion: According to the classification of fracture and the size of fracture block, different internal fixators were used under knee arthroscopy, and satisfactory clinical results were obtained after operation. It has the advantages of small trauma, reliable fixation, low cost, fast postoperative recovery and few complications,so it is widely used. |
