Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of jiedu xiaoyu decoction combined with Cefdinir in the treatment of acute nonspecific orchitis with heat and blood stasis.Methods:The 90 patients who met the criteria for the selection of patients were randomly divided into three groups,including 30 patients in the control groupA,30 in the control group B and 30 in the treatment group.The control group A received the cefdeni capsule,0.1g each time,three times A day;In the control group.B was given an oral detoxification and decoction for a time of 200ml,two times a day.morning and evening wear.The treatment group was based on the control group A,and took oral detoxification decoction for 200ml at the same time,two times A day,and morning and evening wear.7 was a course of treatment.After three courses of treatment,the indexes were observed and recorded.SPSS19.0 was selected for statistical analysis.Result:1.Analysis the date of three groups of patients age,course of the disease,pain score,the TCM symptom integral before the treatment,use t test accord with normal distribution.do not accord with normal distribution using the nonparametric rank and inspection.There was no statistically significant difference between the three groups in age.course of disease,pain score and TCM syndrome.2.Analysis the date of three groups of The total effective rate of three groups of patients,pain score and TCM symptoms integral,clinical symptoms disappear time after the treatment;there was no significant difference between A and B two groups in pain score and TCM symptoms integral before and after the treatment,The date of Group A in pain score and TCM symptoms integral index has significant differences before and after treatment,The date of Group B in pain score and TCM symptoms integral index has significant differences before and after treatment,and treatment group(group A and group B with significant differences between the treatment group,with statistical significance.There was a significant difference between The Group A and The treatment group?The Group B and The treatment group,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The treatment of antibiotics and detoxifying decoction for treating the acute nonspecific orchitis of the heat of blood stasis have certain effect.2.The effect of jiedu xiaoyu decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of acute nonspecific orchitis in the treatment of heat and blood stasis is more significant than that of antibiotics or traditional Chinese medicine alone3.Jiedu xiaoyu decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of acute nonspecific orchitis can not only reduce the early inflammatory reaction,Relieve pain and radiation pain,and eliminate the testicles or scrotal swelling,can also improve the formation of the testicle epididymis scleroma later,has obvious curative effect.
