| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Bei Mu E Xiao Pills on the treatment of nodular goiter and its effect on bFGF and interferon gamma by clinical studies and animal experiments,and then to explore its mechanism of action in treating nodular goiter.Methods:Clinical study:60 patients with blood clots and nodular goiters who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.The treatment group was given Bei Mu E Xiao Pills,9g each time,orally 3 times a day.The control group was given western medicine euthyrox(Left Thyroxine Sodium Tablet)starting at a dose of 12.5 ug.Orally once a day in the morning,reviewing Agong every 4 weeks,and adjusting the dose of the drug according to the results of the Agong.12 weeks for a course of treatment,observed a total of 1 course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the following two groups were observed:bFGF,interferon gamma;thyroid ultrasonography(including the number,size,shape,texture,border,envelope,blood flow,etc.)of the thyroid;TCM syndrome scores;thyroid function Levels(FT3,FT4,TSH);determination of safety indicators(including liver function,renal function,blood,urine,routine,electrocardiogram,etc.).Animal experiments:Forty male Sprague-Dawley rats were selected.After feeding for 1 week,10 of them were randomly selected as blank groups,and normal saline was administered at 2 ml/d.The remaining 30 were fed PTU(propylthiouracil)0.15 mg/g once daily for 40 days.30 rats with successful modeling were randomly divided into 3 groups,ie,model control group,Bei Mu E Xiao group,and Euthyrox group.The rats were given normal saline(2 ml/d)and Bei Mu E Xiao group(22.2 mg/dose).g),Euthyrox(0.08?g/g).After 30 days,the rats were sacrificed and the serum bFGF,interferon gamma,and the level of thyroidism(FT3,FT4,TSH)were measured.Results:Clinical study:There was no significant difference in general information(including gender,age,duration of disease),nodule size and various TCM syndromes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,(1)in all TCM symptoms,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)In terms of symptoms and signs,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)In terms of nodule size,the nodule size of the two groups after treatment decreased compared with that before treatment,while the treatment group was more effective than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The level of bFGF in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the level of interferon y was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(5)There was no significant change in the level of FT3 and FT4 between the two groups before and after treatment,the level of TSH in the treatment group did not change significantly after treatment,while the level of TSH in the control group was significantly lower after treatment Significance(P<0.05).Animal experiments:(1)The level of bFGF in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group,while the level of interferon gamma in control group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant change in the level of FT3 and FT4 in the three groups before and after treatment,while the level of TSH in the treatment group did not change significantly after treatment,while the level of TSH in the control group was significantly Reduce,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of nodular goiter with Beizhucuoka pill has a certain clinical effect,which can effectively reduce the volume of nodules and improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and can also affect the level of bFGF and interferon y Achieve the role of treatment of node A,and safe,no adverse reactions were found. |
