| Objective:Comparing acupuncture combined with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets and simple oral Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets to treating the syndrome of stagnation of qi and phlegm in nodular goiter by randomized controlled clinical trials to explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture to treating the syndrome of stagnation of qi and phlegm in nodular goiter.Methods:1.By random distribution method, patients were divided into the acupuncture combined with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets group(observation group)and Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets group(control group)by randomized, with 30 cases for each group. They came from the acupuncture and moxibustion department, endocrinology department and thyroid surgery department of the hospital.2.The observation group took points as Tiantu,Yinlingquan(side),ZuSanLi(side),Fenglong(side),SanYinJiao(side)and TaiChong(side),which cooperated with local spines. Each treatment takes 30 minutes, once two days,10 days a course of treatment, and it will last for two months. At the same time, they will oral Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets once a day and 50μg at a time. While the control group just took Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets orally once a day,and 50μg at a time. Both groups will be treated for two consecutive months.3.Taking the TCM syndrome integration, maximum diameter of nodules and thyroid function of before and after treatment as the main observation indexes.According to the scores and the changes of maximum diameter of nodule that we assessed the clinical curative.Besides, all the data should be processed by SPSS20.0 statistical software analysis.Results:1.Before treatment, the age, sex, course and other general information of the patients in the observation group and control group were compared, and the differences between them were not statistically significant(P>0.05).It’s comparable.2.In the aspect of TCM syndrome score:The two groups were compared with the same group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of TCM syndromes between groups after treatment, the observation group was superior to the control group in improving TCM syndrome differentiation, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In terms of nodular size:The maximum diameter of thyroid nodule and enlargement was decreased before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nodular size of the observation group was compared with the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Clinical efficacy comparison:In terms of the TCM syndrome effect, after treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 88.89%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 44.44%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of nodular size effect, the total effective rate of the observation group was 81.48%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 40.74%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Thyroid function comparison:After treatment,FT3,FT4 and sTSH in the observation group and the control group were compared before treatment with the same group, and the differences between them were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Acupuncture combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets can improve the syndrome of stagnation of qi and phlegm in nodular goiter and reduce clinical symptoms.2.The maximum diameter of the thyroid and nodules of the early benign enlargement of nodular goiter was reduced by acupuncture combined levothyroxine sodium tablets, and there was no significant effect on the thyroid function of patients.3.Acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect on nodular goiter. |
