Clinical Research On Modified Yueju Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia Related To Emotional Factors

Objective:This project intends to use Modified Yueju Decoction to treat functional dyspepsia related to emotional factors,to observe the effects of Modified Yueju Decoction on patients with clinical symptoms and depression and anxiety scores.Objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Modified Yueju Decoction,so that it can be further popularized in clinical application.Method:Taking Shanxi Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of digestive patients as the research object,110 patients who met the test standards of this research were randomly divided into treatment group 55 cases and control group 55 cases.The treatment group was given tutor’s experience prescription Modified Yueju Decoction,The drug composition-comprises:chuanxiong15g,cangzu12 g,shenqu15g,xiangfu12 g,zhizi10g,chaihu12 g,baishao15g,zhike12 g,lvemei10g,hehuanhua12 g,meiguihua12g,yuj in15 g.Chinese herbal medicine provided by the free fried particles Ltd.Jiang Yin Tianjiang.The control group was given Chinese medicine Yueju pills produced by Beijing Tongrentang Co.Ltd.Medicine taking method:the treatment group of Modified Yueju Decoction is the traditional Chinese medicine granules:One dose a day,400 ml blunt with warm water,divided into 2 doses,every time 200 ml,sooner or later,oral.the control group Yueju pill once 6 grams,2 times a day,oral.Before and after treatment,the two groups of patients were detected and routine examination of vital signs.The whole course was four weeks.The two groups were observed before and after treatment of single symptom scores,HAMD and HAMA scores and other indicators of change,statistical analysis was performed to evaluate the curative effect.After treatment,the patients were followed up for two months to observe the recurrence rate.Results:1、Overall efficacy comparison: The total effective rate of Modified Yueju Decoction group was 80%;the total effective rate of Yueju pills group was 63.6%.The results showedthat the total effective rate of the Modified Yueju Decoction group was significantly better than that of the Yueju pills group(P<0.01).2、Comparision of curative effect of TCM syndrome:Modified Yueju Decoction group effective rate was 89.1%;Yueju pills group effective rate was 70.9%.The results showed that the effective rate of the Modified Yueju Decoction group was significantly better than that of the Yueju pills group(P<0.01).3、Single symptom score:Modified Yueju Decoction group after treatment,abdominal distention,insomnia and epigastric burning is better than the Yueju pills group(P<0.05),in belching,irritability,dry mouth,early satiety were significantly better than the Yueju pills group(P<0.01),For the treatment of acid reflux,There was no sinificant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4、Comparison of HAMD and HAMA score:after treatment,the HAMD score and HAMA score of the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.01),the Modified Yueju Decoction group was significantly better than the Yueju pills group in the treatment of depression and anxiety(P<0.01).5、Comparison of recurrence rate between two groups in 2 months:the recurrence rate of the Modified Yueju Decoction group was 12.2%,while that of the Yueju pills group was 35.8%,the recurrence rate of the Modified Yueju Decoction group was significantly lower than that of the Yueju pills group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Modified Yueju Decoction’s clinical effect was significant in the treatment of Functional Dyspepsia related to emotional factors.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and mental state of stagnancy heat of the liver and stomach in functional dyspepsia patients,improve the quality of life of patients.Its efficacy was significantly better than the control group,the YueJu Pills,and it is safe.It is worth further promotion in the clinical practice.
