| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of DingXiang anti-acne powder in the treatment of grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ acne vulgaris.Methods: Method 108 cases of acne vulgaris II-III were randomly divided into treatment group(55 cases)and matched group(53 cases),They were treated by external use of facial mask with DingXiang anti-acne powder and acne removing powder respectively.Each group was treated 3 times a week for 2 weeks.Skin injury integral was observed before and after treatment,and the recurrence rate,the incidence of adverse reactions and the evaluation after the use of the subjects were recorded.Results: 93 cases of 108 patients completed the test,15 cases(<20%)were shedding for various reasons,47 cases in the treatment group,including 22 cases of papular acne and 25 cases of pustular acne;There were 46 cases in the matched group,including 21 cases of papular acne and 25 cases of pustular acne.After 2 weeks of treatment,Comparison between the treatment group and the control group,the total effective rate of skin lesions was 76.6% and 63% respectively,(P>0.05)there is no statistical significance in the difference.The comparison of acne papulosa between the treatment group and the control group,The total effective rate was 72.7% and 81% respectively,(P>0.05)there is no statistical significance in the difference.The comparison of papulosa acne between the treatment group and the control group,the overall efficiency of the skin damage integral was 80% and 48%,respectively,(P<0.05)differences are statistically significant.Comparison of the curative effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group and the control group,the total effective rate was 85.7% and 65.2%,respectively,(P>0.05)there is no statistical significance in the difference.The comparison of the effect of skin pain and itching in the treatment group and the control group,The total effective rate was 92.9% and 81.3% respectively,(P>0.05)there is no statistical significance in the difference.The comparison of curative effect of constipation between the treatment group and the control group,The total effective rate was 81.8% and 60% respectively,(P>0.05)there is no statistical significance in the difference.The relapse rates in treatment group and control group were 61.7% and 56.5% respectively,(P>0.05)there is no statistical significance in the difference.The incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group and the control group was 6.4% and 8.7% respectively,(P>0.05)there is no statistical significance in the difference.Conclusion: Facial application of DingXiang anti-acne powders in treatment of grad III pustular acne is effective and safe,easy to operate and promote. |
