Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Anti-acne Soap In Preventing And Treating Acne

Objective: Evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine anti-acne soap assisted in the prevention and treatment of acne,detect its impact on facial skin physiological indicators such as moisture,elasticity,pigments,etc.,and compare the quality of life scores before and after treatment of patients,to provide theoretical basis for clinical use,and to provide new methods for the prevention and treatment of acne.Methods: The 120 selected patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In the treatment group,60 cases were cleaned daily with Chinese herbal anti-acne soap in the morning and evening.After cleansing in the evening,apply a thin layer of 0.1% adapalene gel to the acne area.The 60 cases in the control group used clean water to clean their faces every morning and evening.After cleansing at night,apply a thin layer of 0.1% adapalene gel to the acne area.The course of treatment in both groups was 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,the GAGS scores were evaluated.Before the treatment,4 weeks of treatment,and 8 weeks of treatment,the skin tester(Derma-Expert MC760)was used to detect skin physiological indicators such as skin moisture,elasticity,heme,etc.Fill in the DLQI form before and after.After the course of treatment,the data were statistically analyzed and the curative effect was evaluated.Follow-up observation was conducted 30 days after the withdrawal.Results:1.Comparison of clinical efficacy: After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 81.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 68.33%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of skin lesion scores: Both groups can improve skin lesion scores(P<0.05),and the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of skin physiological index test values:(1)The treatment group and the control group are all effective in improving skin water content,increasing skin elasticity,and reducing heme(P<0.05),and the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05);(2)In terms of improving skin moisture content and increasing skin elasticity,treatment for 4 weeks and treatment for 8 weeks are effective(P<0.05),and treatment for 8 weeks is better than treatment for 4 weeks(P<0.05);(3)In terms of reducing heme,4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of treatment are effective(P<0.05),and 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of treatment are equivalent(P>0.05).4.Comparison of quality of life scores: Both groups can improve the quality of life scores of acne patients(P<0.05),a nd the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).5.Occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate: Both patients in the treatment group and the control group had a dverse reactions.Follow-up 30 days after the end of the course of treatment,there was one patient relapsed in the treatment group and the control group.The relapse rate in the treatment group was 11.11%,and the relapse rate in the control group was 25.00%.Conclusion: Chinese herbal medicine anti-acne soap has a good adjuvant treatment effect on patients with acne vulgaris,which can improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the score of skin lesions.Using Chinese herbal anti-acne soap cleansing can increase facial skin moisture and elasticity,reduce heme content,and has the effect of improving skin texture and anti-inflammatory.Chinese herbal anti-acne soap is a safe and effective functional facial cleansing soap worth promoting.
