OBJECT:To study the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets, viral serum markers,HBV-DNA load and main liver function index of patients of different clinical stages of chronic hepatitis B,discussing the correlation between the indexes above and the changes in the development of the disease.METHOD:T lymphocyte subgroup(CD3+?CD4?CD8+)will be tested with flow cytometry;HBV-DNA load with PCR;hepatitis B virus markers with fluorescence immunoassay;ALT?AST with Automatic biochemical analyzer rate method.SPSS 19.0 is used to analyze all the data. The average number among patient groups is compared with T test.Every variable will be analyzed accordingly.RESULTS:Compared with the normal control group, the percentage of T cell CD3+?CD4+ decreases among patients with chronic hepatitis B and hepatitis B liver cirrhosis, and P<0.05;the percentage of T cell CD8+ raised, with P<0.05.HBV DNA load is higher among patients of chronic hepatitis B than that of normal control group, patients of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis and of primary liver cancer, with P<0.05.HBsAg in patients with chronic hepatitis B,hepatitis B liver cirrhosis, and primary liver cancer is higher than that in normal control group with P<0.05,HBsAg being the highest in patient group of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis.ALT and AST in group of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis are higher than that in other groups, with P<0.05.In the comparison of the indexes, there are negative correlation between CD3+,CD4+ and HBV,DNA,with P<0.05;there are positive correlation between CD8+,ALT,HBeAg and HBV,DNA,with P<0.05.CONCLUSIONS:Immune dysfunction of the body and the continuous duplication of HBV are the main causes of the development of the disease.Hepatic cell damage is related to the duplication of HBV.HBV marker can be used as one of the index in diagnosis, but it can not show the duplication of HBV in the body.
