Study On The Causes And Countermeasures Of The Tense Relationships Between Doctor-patient In The Public 3-A-grade Hospitals Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: Since 1994 the state council in zhenjiang,jiangsu,jiangxi jiujiang to combine social mutual assistance programs with personal accounts of social medical insurance system since the pilot,medical system reform in our country has made remarkable achievements,problems of difficulty and high cost of treatment for residents to improve gradually.But at the same time,the doctor-patient relationship is more nervous as reform,all kinds of "medical alarm" events "wound healing" situation,the patients and their family violence,threat,beating abuse the situation of the medical staff.3 armour hospital as the highest level of the hospital,in our hospital ratings in the greater scope of medical radiation at the same time,also more susceptible to shock to the "medical alarm",thus affect the hospital environment maintenance,health care workers rights safeguard,and even the construction of harmonious society.The author visited wuhan,the north sea,nanning,Hong Kong and several public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in the first line of the medical staff and actual clinic patients,both doctors understand the various actual situation,grasp the first-hand information,analysis of China’s current public 3 armour hospital "medical alarm" events occurring in all kinds of reasons,further find out the crux of the problem of "medical alarm",excavate potential and put forward solutions,so that patients and medical staff to provide better health care environment,promote the construction of a harmonious socialist society.Methods: The author adopt the way of literature research,questionnaire method,by consulting relevant literature,to study,has collected material master medical problems related theory,analyzes the present situation of the patients at public 3 armour hospital seeing a doctor and the existing problems,and find the crux of the problem,and discussed the solutions.Making questionnaire and distribute to the target group at the same time,the recycling questionnaire,analyze the data of questionnaire feedback information,from the perspective of practice of 3 armour hospital patient relationship analysis of existing problems and solutions are put forward.Results: In general,the doctor-patient relationship in China is relatively stable,doctor-patient conflicts not as exaggerated as media reports,but there are still many hidden dangers,such as more than forty percent staff said suffered abusive behavior,such as the medical people said hospital procedure is too complicated,doctors attitude is bad,bad cause medical environment,unbalance.However,the medical staff said that due to the financial problems in the hospital,the income was not directly proportional to the payment,and the education background was not high,which could easily lead to conflicts.Conclusion: The doctor-patient relationship as a whole is still good,but the local situation is still not optimistic,the two sides in the communication channels,cognitive level,unequal access to information,etc,lead to the society all kinds of bad doctor-patient contradiction still occasionally.We should take measures in many aspects to improve the inharmonious factors in the medical treatment,and make the medical and health care industry flourish.
