Research On The Tension Between Doctors And Patients From The Perspective Of Public Management

With the continuous advancement of medical and health system reform,people put forward higher requirements for medical services,but expensive and difficult to see a doctor is still a major problem affecting social stability.China’s medical system reform has entered the deep-water area,and the contradictions among the parties are also highlighted.The number of medical dispute cases is increasing day by day.The tense doctor-patient relationship not only affects the medical environment,but also becomes one of the most sensitive social problems.Medical and health care is important to people’s health.It is necessary to analyze the causes of doctor-patient conflicts and conduct objective and dialectical research to ease the increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship.A good study of the doctor-patient relationship can help us understand the current situation in detail,and gradually form a data analysis system for studying the doctor-patient relationship in China.To explore the influencing factors of doctor-patient relationship,and to put forward relevant feasible suggestions,this paper analyzes and studies the new public management theory,public governance theory,social conflict theory and information asymmetry theory.On the basis of literature research on doctor-patient relationship and its influencing factors,an effective questionnaire and interview outline were prepared.Questionnaires were distributed in the outpatient area of a third-class specialized hospital in Hangzhou,and interview with a number of medical staff in the hospital were conducted.Through the analysis and collation of the collected questionnaire data and interview feedback,the tension between doctors and patients was obtained.The conclusion is related to China’s medical and health system,doctors,patients and society.Based on the analysis of the survey results,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the doctor-patient relationship in different levels,and refers to the experience and practice of promoting the harmonious doctor-patient relationship in foreign countries,and tries to put forward countermeasures to alleviate the tension of doctor-patient relationship in China.From the perspective of public management,we should continue to deepen the reform of medical and health system,improve the medical and health services,increase investment in medical and health services,and promote the balanced development of medical and health services.We also should promote hierarchical diagnosis and treatment and encourage multi-point practice.
