The Clinical Observation On Pakinson's Disease With Depreesion Of Yang-Deficiency And Liver-Stagnancy With Wenpi Yishen Jieyu Decoction

Objective: This study used self-made Wenpi Yishen Jieyu Decoction combined with paroxetine hydrochloride for the treatment of patients with Parkinson's disease with depressive of Yang deficiency and liver stagnation.To observe its clinical efficacy and safety,and to explore a new approach to the treatment of this disease.Methods: 60 patients with PDD of yang-deficiency and liver-stagnancy were collected and randomized controlled trials were conducted.They were divided into treatment group and control group,each group has 30 cases.Both groups were given anti-PA-Drug-based treatment.The treatment group was treated with Wenpi Yishen Jieyu Fang combined with paroxetine hydrochloride,and the control group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets.The prescribed course of treatment was 8 weeks,respectively before treatment,4 weeks of treatment,and 8 weeks of treatment.Evaluate changes in the scores of western medical quantification(UPDRS,HAMD,PDQ-39),and the reduction of HAMD scores before and after treatment and the changes in the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,calculate the total effective rate,and record the adverse effects through the side-effects scale.reaction.Sports SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software for data analysis,evaluation of its efficacy.Results:(1)After 8 weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference in the UPDRS total score between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in the scores of mental,behavioral and emotional items,activities of daily living and treatment complications(0.05).);(2)After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,treatment group and control group HAMD contrast significant difference(P <0.05),and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05);(3)After 8 weeks of treatment,The scores of PDQ-39 in both group were lower than before,and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);(4)The TCM symptoms in both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the treatment group after treatment The difference between the control group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05);(5)The difference between the TESS scale,treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).and there was no significant difference in the vital signs and laboratory tests before and after treatment between the two groups of patients.abnormal.Conclusions: The use of self-made Wenpi Yishen Jieyufang combined with paroxetine hydrochloride for the treatment of Yang deficiency and liver stagnation of PDD has a significant clinical effect,it can improve the patient's depression and improve the quality of life,the adverse reaction is lower than the use of hydrochloric acid alone Paroxetine.
