Clinical Study Of Benefiting Yin Relieving Depression Activating Blood Circulation Decoction Combined With Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets In The Treatment Of Parkinson's Disease With Anxiety And Depression(Syndrome Of Yin Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Escitalopram oxalate tablets combined with Benefiting Yin Relieving Depression Activating Blood Circulation Decoction in the treatment of Parkinson's disease(PD)with anxiety and depression,to conclude,summarize,study and elaborate the research results,and to explore a new way to treat the disease.Methods:In this study,50 PD patients with anxiety and depression(Syndrome of Yin Deficiency of Liver and Kidney)in the Department of encephalopathy of Hebei Hospital of Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to August 2018 were randomly controlled clinical trial.The patients were randomly divided into the research group and the control group with 25 cases in each group by random number table.Both groups were given basic anti-Parkinson's disease medication.The research group was given Benefiting Yin Relieving Depression Activating Blood Circulation Decoction(which can be added or subtracted according to the symptoms)and Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets,while the control group was only given Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets.The patients were scored by UPDRS,HAMD and HAMA before treatment and at the end of 4 and 8 weeks after treatment.The effective rate of treatment was calculated by reduction rate.The changes of UPDRS,HAMD and HAMA scores and the incidence of side effects were observed.Results:1.The results showed that the scores of UPDRS,HAMD and HAMA in the research group and the control group were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The scores of UPDRS,HAMD and HAMA in the research group were significantly better than those in the control group at the end of 4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The effective rate calculated by UPDRS,HAMD and HAMA scales in the research group was higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.There were no obvious abnormalities in ECG and the related laboratory examinations before and after treatment in the research group and the control group.There were no adverse reactions in the research group,and 5 patients in the control group had nausea,loss of appetite,drowsiness and dizziness(20%).Conclusion:Escitalopram oxalate tablets combined with Benefiting Yin Relieving Depression Activating Blood Circulation Decoction in the treatment of PD with anxiety and depression(Syndrome of Yin Deficiency of Liver and Kidney)is better than escitalopram oxalate tablets alone,which can significantly relieve the depression and anxiety of PD patients,reduce the side effects of Western medicine,improve the quality of life of patients with higher safety.
