Objective:The PCR technique was used to determine the RNA expression of NF-?B-P65 and I?B-? in the ischemic model of Wistar rats after Nage Tongmai decoction treatment,so as to study the possible pharmacological effects of the drug on myocardial ischemia.Methods:90 healthy adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group,Xintong oral liquid positive control group, and Nage Tongmai decoction high, medium and low dose group. The high-fat feed was fed for 4 weeks at a dosage of25g/100g/24 h.The high-fat feed was formulated with 3% cholesterol,2% lard,0.2% propyl thiouracil,0.5% sodium choleate and 76.3% basic feed.Last 3 until the fourth week, normal group gives the intraperitoneal injection of saline, intraperitoneal injection of groups isopropyl adrenaline, daily 1 time, observe the ecg T wave change, preparation of myocardial ischemia model in rats. After 4 weeks of continuous gavage, the gene expression of NF-?B-P65 and I?B-? in the myocardium of rats were semi quantitatively analyzed by PCR technology. Results:Compared with the positive control group and the model group, the expression of NF-?B-P65 gene was significantly reduced, while the expression of I?B-? a gene in the Nage Tongmai decoction was significantly higher than that in the model group. The difference was statistically significant in the high dose group of Nage kappa capsule(P<0.05),In the high-dose group of nag tongmai decoction, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Nalge Tongmai decoction can reduce the expression of NF-?B-P65,promote the gene expression of I?B-? and resist endothelial injury, which may be the mechanism for its treatment of CHD and delayed atherosclerosis.
