Objective: Through the study of Nage Capsule on the protective effect of vascular endothelial injury and its influence on the level of inflammatory factors about s ICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 in rats model of myocardial ischemia,to explore the mechanism of Nage capsule in the treatment of ischemic heart disease.Methods: 90 healthy Wistar rats,the numbers of male and female are equal,they were divided into 6 groups by stratified random method,includes normal group,model group,Xintong oral liquid group and Nage capsule of high?medium and low dose groups,The rat models of myocardial ischemia were established by high fat diet combined with drugs.After modeling,rats were made to do ECG examination,take the ECG emerge ST segment elevation of more than 0.1 MV,the high T wave and arrhythmia as the signal of successful modeling.To detect the expression of inflammatory factors about sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1in rat myocardial tissue with the method of situ hybridization.Results: Each dose group of Nage capsule could reduce the expression of sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 in rat models of myocardial ischemia appearantly,and compared with the model group,the difference was obvious,and there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Nage capsule can decrease the expression of sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1,inhibit the inflammatory reaction and the vascular endothelial injury and protect the damaged myocardium. |
