The Clinical Study Of Zisheng Decoction Combined Biofeedback Therapy In Treating Constipation Type Of Irritable Bowel Integrated (Spleen Deficiency And Qi Stagnation Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effects on Irritable bowel syndrome-constipation by the Zisheng decoction combined Biofeedback therapy.Methods: A randomized control method was adopted to select 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria,and then 80 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(being treated with Zisheng decoction combined Biofeedback therapy),the traditional Chinese medicine group(being treated with Zisheng decoction),the western medicine group(being treated with Mosapride Citrate Tablets)and the biofeedback therapy group(being treated with biofeedback therapy),with 20 cases in each group.Each group was treated with 4 weeks as a course of treatment.After the treatment,the patients were observed and recorded changes in the indicators of symptom score and anorectal dynamics before and after treatment,and the long-term effect of 6 months after the treatment was observed.Results: 1.General information: Each group cases in age,sex,course of the disease,the main symptom integral,secondary symptom integral,clinical symptoms total integral and anorectal pressure indicator,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of comprehensive efficacy: After 4 weeks of treatment,the indicators of every group were significantly improved compared(P < 0.05).The total effective rate was 95% in the experimental group.Traditional Chinese medicine group total effective rate was 90%.The total effective rate of the western medicine group was 70%.Biofeedback therapy group total effective rate was 75%.The total effective rate of each group was compared,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).3.The total clinical symptom integral comparison: Clinical symptoms after 4 weeks of treatment,the integral of clinical symptoms in the experimental group was less significantly than other three groups(P < 0.05),and the Chinese medicine group was obviously better than the western medicine group and biofeedback therapy group(P < 0.05).4.The main symptom integral comparison: after 4 weeks of treatment,the experimental group and Chinese traditional medicine were significantly better than western medicine group and biofeedback therapy group in improving the integral of abdominal pain,defecation difficulties and Shit character(P<0.05).In the improvement of defecation time interval,the experimental group was significantly better than the western medicine group(P<0.05).In the improvement of defecation time,the improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the other three groups(P < 0.05).5.Comparison of main symptom total points: after 4 weeks of treatment,the improvement effect of the experimental group was significantly better than in other three groups(P<0.05),while the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than the western medicine group and the biofeedback therapy group(P < 0.05).6.Comparison of the total score of secondary symptoms: after 4 weeks of treatment,the improvement effect of the experimental group and the Chinese medicine group was better than in the western medicine group and the biofeedback therapy group(P < 0.05).7.The anorectal dynamics results: 4 weeks after treatment,the experimental group,biofeedback therapy group: AMCP and IRP were higher than before treatment,and the anal residual pressure was lower than before treatment,HPZ was shorter than before treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in ARP and RRP before and after the treatment(P>0.05).The western medicine group and the Chinese medicine group: the anal residual pressure was reduced,and the HPZ was shortened(P < 0.05),while there was no significant difference in AMCP,IRP,ARP and RRP before and after treatment(P>0.05).The AMCP and IRP in the experimental group were higher than other three groups(P < 0.05),and the initial sensory threshold was lower than the other three groups(P<0.05).Biofeedback therapy group Compared with western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group,the AMCP and IRP increased significant(P<0.05).After the treatment of the experimental group and the biofeedback therapy group,the residual pressure of the anus,the value of the defecation valve and the maximum tolerance were lower than in the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).8.After 6 months of follow-up,the long-term efficacy of the experimental group was better than in other three groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Zisheng decoction combined Biofeedback therapy can obviously improve clinical symptoms with constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome patients,and improving bowel function in patients,Meanwhile,there is a good clinical curative effect and the forward curative effect.
