| Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of YiQiHeWei capsule combined with mosapride in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Observe the effect of YiQiHeWei capsule on the concentration of Gastrin-17 and sIL-2R in serum.It was studyed about the effectiveness and safety of the capsules in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods: The patients who were diagnosed with chronic atrophic gastritis(gastric yin deficiency syndrome)by gastroscopic examination in the department of digestive diseases were came from Wuwei Cancer Hospital of Gansu Province.100 patients who met the criteria for admission were randomly divided into observation group(n = 50)and control group(n = 50).The control group was given mosapride dispersible tablets(batch number: 140507,Chengdu Kanghong Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd.),3 times a day with 5 mg each time by oral administration before meals,The observation group was given mosapride and YiQiHeWei capsule at the same time,(batch number: 20140818).Mosapride dispersible tablets were used at the same way.YiQiHeWei capsule were given 5 tablets per day(each 0.45mg)by oral administration.Both the observation group and the control group were treated for 8weeks.It were observed before and after treatment in the two groups that the changes of TCM syndrome score and the results of electronic gastroscopy of pathological examination,meanwhile,the levels of serum sIL-2R and Gastrin-17 were also studyed.Statistical analysis was carried out.Results: 1)the curative effect of TCM syndrome was compared.Among the 50 cases in the observation group,26 cases were significantly effective and 19 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 90%.Among the 50 cases in the controlgroup,16 cases were significantly effective,21 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 74%.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).2)Evaluation of clinical efficacy of western medicine.By comparing the results of gastroscopy before and after treatment combined with the pathological diagnosis results of some patients,the effective rate was 90.0%(45 ? 50)in the observation group and 78.0%(39 ? 50)in the control group.The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3)the levels of serum sIL-2R and Gastrin-17 were compared.Compared with before treatment,the level of serum sIL-2R decreased significantly and the level of serum Gastrin-17 increased significantly in both groups after treatment.Compared with the control group,the level of sIL-2R in the observation group decreased more significantly and the level of serum Gastrin-17 increased more significantly after treatment in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the results showed that the curative effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group,which indicated that YiQiHeWei capsule combined with mosapride was more effective in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis than that of mosapride alone,and could significantly improve the distension and pain of stomach.Symptoms such as less food,noisy stomach,dry mouth and throat noise were doing well and dry stool knot,nausea,hiccup and other symptoms were also improved.YiQiHeWei capsule could repair damaged gastric mucosa and reverse the atrophy of inherent gland of gastric mucosa,which improved the life quality of patients.YiQiHeWei capsule combined with mosapride shows the clinical advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic. |
