Ciinical Observation Of Qiangxin No.2 Decoction On The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of “Qiangxin No.2 Decoction” in treating chronic heart failure with Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis,and to provide a new thinking of diagnosis and treatment for that in the future.Methods: 80 patients with CHF admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to February 2018 who all met the criteria of diagnosis and inclusion were randomly divided into 2 groups,Each group had 40 cases,and was named treatment group and control group.Patients in control group were treated with Western medicine,while the other with Qiangxin No.2 Decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment,and the cycle period was 4 weeks.We compared the New York Heart Association,6 minute walking distance,LVEF level,NT-pro BNP level,and Chinese medicine syndrome scores at the beginning and the end,to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result:1、Comparison of clinical efficacy in two groups:The total effective rate in the treatment group which was 92.5% was better than that in the control group which was 72.5%(P <0.05).2、Comparison of New York Heart Association in two groups:The total effective rate in the treatment group which was 90% was better than that in the control group which was 72.5%(P <0.05).3、Comparison of 6-minute walking distance in two groups:The distance between patients in two groups increased significantly in 6-minute walking test(P <0.05 or P <0.01),and the improvement in treatment group was higher(P <0.05).4、Comparison of NT-proBNP level in two groups:The NT-proBNP level in both groups reduced significantly(P <0.01),and the treatment group was lower(P <0.01).5、Comparison of LVEF level in two groups:The LVEF level in both groups increased significantly(P <0.05 or P <0.01),and the improvement in treatment group was higher(P <0.05).6、Comparison of safety indexes and adverse reactions in both groups: There was no significant change in blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver function,renal function and electrolyte after treatment(P> 0.05),and no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion: It is shown that Qiangxin No.2 Decoction can effectively improve the patients’ clinical curative effect on CHF with qi deficiency and blood stasis,with low drug side effects and clinical application of safety.
