Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Mild And Moderate Ulcerative Colitis In Active Stage With Blood Stasis Of Large Intestine By Zhu Yu Tong Chang Decotion

Objective:To observe the improvement clinical symptoms and mucosa under colonoscope of the mild and moderate ulcerative colitis in active stage with blood stasis of large intestine by Zhu Xu Tong Chang Decotion.Methods:Based on the means of contrast before and after treatment,this clinical observation 41 cases of the mild and moderate ulcerative colitis in active stage and diagnosed as syndrome of blood stasis of large intestine,and then provide professor Xie Jingri’s emperical decoction.Taken with medicine decoction after it is heated every day 30mins after meal,with the dose 150ml twice daily.The normative treatment after 4 weeks,recorded and compared the changes of patients’ TCM syndrome before and after the patients themselves.The electronic colonoscopy was reviewed after lweek of withdrawal,observed and recordedImprovement of intestinal mucosa.After finishing collection of all data,SPSS22.0 statistical software was adopted for data analysis.Results:The study was completed in 40 patients.4 weeks later,It is significant statistical differences before and after treatment(P<0.01),in terms of TCM syndrome integral.With respect of clinical effect of TCM syndrome,the clinical effective rate was 92.50%.The difference was statistically significance in colonoscopy integral before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the total effective rate was 52.50%.Conclusions:1.Zhu Xu Tong Chang Derotion can effectively improve TCM symptoms of the mild and moderate ulcerative colitis in active stage with blood stasis of large intestine;particularly in bloody purulent stool、abdominal pain、diarrhea and tenesmus.2.Zhu Xu Tong Chang Derotion can efficiently improve the condition of intestinal mucosa hyperemia、edema,erosin and anabrosis to the mild and moderate ulcerative colitis in active stage with blood stasis of large intestine.
