Observation On Clinical Effect Of The Added Baitouweng Decoction Reserve Enema Combined With Oral Mesalazine In The Treatment Of Large Intestine-Dampness-Heat Ulcerative Colitis

Objectives:This topic aims to observe the clinical efficacy of the added Baitouweng decoction reserve enema combined with oral mesalazine in the treatment of large intestine-dampness-heat ulcerative colitis,provides proof of theoretics and efficacy to this clinical promotion,and carry forward the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine science,to play the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment.Methods:Select 40 patients with large intestine dampness-heat ulcerative colitis in accordance with the standard,by randomized controlled trial,the treatment group gave the added Baitouweng decoction combined with western medicine treatment,and the control group gave western medicine treatment,observe,record and compared the index before and after treatment,such as symptom,mucosal lesions under enteroscopy,comprehensive assess clinical efficacy.Results:(1)Compared cardinal,secondary and total symptoms on day 7,there were statistical differences in two groups(p<0.05),indicates that the improvement in the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)Compared cardinal and total symptoms on day 14,there were statistical differences in two groups(p<0.05),indicates that the improvement in the treatment group was better than the control group;while there weren’t statistical differences compared secondary symptoms(p>0.05),indicates that the degree of improvement was almost.(3)Severally compared symptom in different courses and two groups.Compared day 7’s treatment with before treatment,there were statistical differences in cardinal,secondary and total symptoms(p<0.05),indicates that diverse symptoms were improved in both treatment group and control group.And comparation day 14’s treatment with before treatment was the same statistical result.Compared day 14’s treatment with day 7’s treatment,there weren’t statistical differences in cardinal,secondary and total symptoms(p<0.05),indicates that the degree of improvement was unobvious after day 7.(4)Severally compared mucosal lesions under enteroscopy in two different courses and both groups,there were statistical differences(p<0.05),indicates that the mucosal lesions were improved after treatment.While there weren’t statistical differences compared in two groups after treatment(p> 0.05),indicates that the degree of improvement on index was almost.(5)Three cases were cured in the treatment group,9 cases were improved obviously,7cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,total effective rate was 95.00%;no case wwas cured in the control group,5 cases were improved obviously,12 cases were effective,3 case was ineffective,total effective rate was 85.00%;there were statistical differences compared the curative effect in two groups(p<0.05),indicates that the comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusions:(1)The added Baitouweng decoction combined with western medicine treatment to treat large intestine dampness-heat ulcerative colitis,and compared with treatment only given the latter,is more significantly to relieve clinical symptoms,with a higher efficiency.Both can improve mucosal lesions,but the degree of improvement was almost.(2)The added Baitouweng decoction combined with western medicine treatment to treat large intestine dampness-heat ulcerative colitis is safe and effective,and can be used further in clinical practice.
