The Principle Of Clearing Away Heat And Eliminating Dampness And Regulating The Stomach In The Treatment Of Primary Bile Reflux Gastritis(Syndrome Of The Damp-heat In Middle-jiao)

Objective:The research topics mainly studies the clinical curative effect of the principle of clearing away heat and eliminating dampness and regulating the stomach in the treatment of PBRG(syndrome of the damp-heat in middle-jiao),and observe its clinical curative effect.Method:From January 2017 to January 2018,Select 40 cases of PBRG patients(syndrome of the damp-heat in middle-jiao),who received treatment in the clinic First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine,The 40 patients were given the clinical curative effect of the principle of clearing away heat and eliminating dampness and regulating the stomach(The main drugs:Fried atractylodis,Rhizoma coptidis,Gardenia,Fructus amomi,Dried tangerine peel,Fructus aurantii etc).A daily agent,cent is taken 2 times eight weeks in a row.After 8 weeks,comparing the curative effect before and after the treatment.To observe the change of clinical curative effect and symptom score,bile reflux under endoscopy before and after treatment.The results were statistically analyzed.Results:After the treatment of the clinical curative effect of the principle of clearing away heat and eliminating dampness and regulating the stomach.The total effective rate was 92.11%,the total effective rate of gastric mucosa was 86.84%,the total effective rate of bile reflux was 92.11%,and the total effective rate was 89.47%.In the total score of TCM syndrome,after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased(P<0.01).In the TCM syndrome of single integral,after treatment in patients with stomach ache,fullness in the stomach,heartburn,bitter taste in mouth,ozostomia,nausea and vomiting,loose stool,integral are compared with those before treatment declined,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.the clinical curative effect of the principle of clearing away heat and eliminating dampness and regulating the stomach can improve the performance of TCM syndrome of PBRG syndrome of the damp-heat in middle-iao type patients.2.the clinical curative effect of the principle of clearing away heat and eliminating dampness and regulating the stomach can improve gastric inflammation and bile reflux in gastroscopy patients with the damp-heat in middle-jiao under PBRG.
