The Prescriptions And Syndromes Research Of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang

Objective:BUZHONGYIQITANG on behalf of Party School of nourishing the earth famous medical scientist Li Gao,which consists of eight herbs,astragalus,ginseng,respectively,Atractylodes,licorice,angelica,dried tangerine peel,Cimicifuga,bupleurum.Attending a poor diet,fatigue,spleen and stomach,Yin Fire fever,Qi sinking syndromes.The function of Spleen Qi,sun lift depression.In this paper,through the study of ancient and modern literature,and through scientific analysis,a comprehensive exposition of the law of prescriptions,and to explore the BUZHONGYIQITANG new understanding and application.Methods:Firstly,the historical background of Li Dongyuan analysis,understand the history origin of his argument thought,the main works of the "spleen and stomach" and "endogenous theory" provisions of the party,summed up how to create,send the filling of our party and ideological and theoretical meaning,which,the integration of Li Gao on this side of the scope of application;followed by the induction of other ancient medical literature on the use,corresponding symptoms are explored;again study of modern literature,on the side of modern clinical prescription use are summarized,and through studying the corresponding method and technical route,summed up the prescription regularity;finally because,the modern society has undergone great changes,people's living standards improve,medical and health facilities continue to improve awareness of health care continued to strengthen,whereas Li Dongyuan at war and displaced in the situation and our current condition is huge,so the modern diseases treatment compared with the ancient there will be differences,so we need deep understanding from theory,expand the party governance certificate category,and then discusses the application of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the kidney yin deficiency and kidney yang deficiency syndrome and in the aspects of emotional diseases.Hope can help in the clinical application of Buzhong Yiqi decoction.This paper collected from 2000 to 2016 BUZHONGYIQITANG clinical medical records were available in 300 cases,statistical analysis of the frequency of drug use in the medical records of these signs and symptoms of frequency and amount,and continue to use the golden section method,clustering analysis and association rules analysis and other methods of treatment,so as to get the law of prescriptions.Results:According to frequency statistics,results show that the core symptoms of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction for the poor diet,fatigue,lusterless complexion,pale tongue,thin white fur,pulse fine;main symptoms for gas shortage,unwilling to speak,waist and abdomen are straining feeling,loose stools,dizziness,so the main pathogenesis is the spleen and stomach,both qi sinking.The original eight herbs were selected as the core drugs.Cluster analysis showed that qihm BUZHONGYIQITANG in maximum dose,showed that the main function is to enhance both qi and spleen,yang.This article has carried on the analysis to the l group and the fourth group,two core symptoms are systemic symptoms,studies show that the pathogenesis is spleen qi deficiency;main symptoms slightly some small changes,and by the spleen and stomach deficiency,caused by the poor,so the drug dosage of first groups and fourth groups have change.Association rules analysis showed that the core of the core symptoms of the disease and the core drug associated confidence were more than 61.8%,can be inferred from the core of the analysis of the relationship between the pulse and the core drugs.Conclusion:In this paper,the use of scientific methods to detect the Buzhong Yiqi Decoction rule,let the law become accurate prescriptions,to provide some information for the next step of standardization work,in order to be in clinical prescription play a role.
