The Research On Medication Laws Of Postpartum Arthromyodynia In The Ancient Chinese Medicine Based On Clustering Analysis And Association Rules

Objective:Postpartum arthromyodynia is a common disease suffered by postpartum women.In terms of diagnosis and treatment in western medicine,long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or small dose of glucocorticoids is required for symptomatic treatment.The curative effect is not stable and side effects are large.In the face of lactating women,the use of such drugs is limited^[1].Therefore,it is hoped that through frequency statistics,cluster analysis and association rules,we can explore the medication law of postpartum arthromyodynia traditional Chinese medicine,inherit and learn the clinical and academic ideas of traditional Chinese medicine,and open up new therapeutic ideas,which can also provide a strong reference for the development of new drugs and clinical research and experiments.Methods:357 prescriptions and medical cases related to postpartum arthromyodynia in the fifth edition of"Chinese medical classics"were collected.Frequency statistics,cluster analysis and association rules were used.Using WPS2019,SPSS statistical software and SPSS Modeler V21.0 18.0 to explore and analyze the prescription drugs,discuss and sum up the rules of traditional Chinese medicine of postpartum arthralgia and the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of postpartum arthralgia.Medication law mainly includes the effect of commonly used drugs efficacy classification analysis,property analysis and prescription compatibility law.Result:1.Collection of prescriptions and medical recordsA total of 357 prescriptions related to postpartum arthromyodynia were collected,Among them,there were 50 medical prescriptions and 307 prescriptions for postpartum paralysis.2.Statistical analysis of drug frequencyA total of 357 prescriptions involved 267 kinds of drugs.The use frequency of 267 kinds of drugs was classified,according to the statistical results,three kinds of drugs were used more in the prescription of postpartum arthromyodynia,namely"tonic drugs","blood activating and stasis removing drugs"and"antipyretic drugs",followed by interior-warming drug,dispelling wind and dampness medicine,clearing heat medicine,line gas medicine,benefit water infiltration and wet medicine.3.Analysis of drug propertiesThe first 68 high-frequency drugs were selected for drug property analysis,with the most"warm"drugs?34?,"pungent,bitter and sweet"drugs?38,33 and 29 times respectively?,and"liver and spleen"drugs?32 times respectively?,followed by"lung,heart,stomach and kidney"drugs?25 times,24 times,23 times and 21 times respectively?.4.Drug cluster analysisThe former 68 high frequency drugs were selected for R-type clustering,and 7 core drug pairs and 5 core prescriptions were obtained according to the TCM prescription and compatibility theory.5.Drug association analysisThe first 68 high-frequency drugs were selected for association analysis,and 65 rules of the composition of two drugs,47 rules of the composition of three drugs,59 rules of the composition of four drugs and 17 rules of the composition of five drugs were obtained.Conclusion:Postpartum arthromyodynia drugs mostly include tonicing for qi and blood and replenishing medicinal,strengthening muscles and strengthening bones,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain,promoting blood circulation and regulating menstruation,dispersing wind and cold drugs,eliminating wind and cold dampness drugs,interior-warming drug,clearing heat and cooling blood drugs,and qi-activating drug.Most of the drugs are warm drugs.The choice of drug taste focuses on the three aspects of pungency,bitter and sweet.Most of the drugs are selected into"liver and spleen",which is closely related to the drugs into"lung,heart,stomach and kidney".Compatibility around the"cold and temperature,combined with static and dynamic,blood is the first cure for the wind"principle collocation,often choose angelica and various types of drugs for collocation.Chuanxiong,angelica,rehmannia glutinosa,cinnamon,white paeony root,tuckahoe,ginseng are the most widely used.The method of medicine prescription can refer to the rule of the formula of the famous prescriptions such as duhuo jisheng decoction,daqinjiao decoction,chentongsan,daqianghuo decoction and jiuwei qianghuo decoction.Deficiency of qi and blood,obstruction of cold and dampness,and clogging of meridian and collateral stasis are the characteristics of the pathogenesis generally considered by ancient doctors.In ancient times,Chentongsan was widely used in the treatment of postpartum arthromyodynia.
