| Objective: this subject aims to tong du is around the ridge therapy to treat facial paralysis,and evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety,this paper around sexual facial paralysis and the relationship between the du meridian,provide reliable clinical treatment of surrounding facial paralysis treatment,provides a new way of thinking for the treatment of surrounding sex facial paralysis.Methods: through the collection standard clinical around 60 cases of facial paralysis object,according to random number table method were randomly divided into treatment group(tong du is ridge therapy)and control group(routine acupuncture method),30 cases in each group,10 times for a period of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment,of which the first course of treatment once a day,acupuncture after six days rest one day in a row,the second course of treatment,every other day after two courses of grading analysis of facial nerve function grading,facial nerve palsy,differences in facial deformity index before and after treatment,and to assess the curative effect.Research results,using SPSS17.0 software to do data statistics processing to the above three clinical curative effect observation indexes evaluation.Results:(1)after the treatment,respectively on two groups of clinical curative effect comparison,the treatment group markedly effective rate was 86.7%,effective rate was 96.7%,control group markedly effective rate was 66.7%,effective rate was90.0%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the effect of treatment group is better than the control group.(2)after the treatment,respectively on two groups of facial nerve function classification comparison before and after treatment in the group comparison,the results are significant difference,statistically significant(P < 0.05),the comparison between groups,there are significant differences,have statistical significance,the results of treatment group is superior to the control group.(3)after the treatment,respectively on two groups of facial nerve paralysis degree score comparison group compared before and after treatment,the results are significant difference,statistically significant(P < 0.01),the comparison between groups,there are significant differences,with statistical significance(P < 0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.(4)after the treatment,respectively on two groups of facial deformity index(FDI),including physical function(FDIP)and social life functions(FDIS),group comparison,the results are significant difference,statistically significant(P < 0.05),the comparison between groups,there are significant differences,with statistical significance(P < 0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:(1)through overseers are ridge therapy and conventional acupuncture in treatment of surrounding facial paralysis in the improvement of facial nerve function,degree of facial paralysis and facial deformity has good curative effect.(2)only du is ridge therapy in treatment of surrounding compared with conventional acupuncture treatment of facial paralysis,in improving the facial nerve function and quality of life,clinical effect is more significant.The results showed that the tong tai is ridge therapy around the treatment of facial paralysis efficacy,is suitable for popularization and application in clinic. |
