Objective : To explore IL-17 A gene polymorphism(SNP)loci rs2275913 and IL-17 F gene polymorphism(SNP)loci rs763780 and China in Guangxi Zhuang population of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)susceptibility.Methotis :The intestinal mucosa of 185 cases of IBD in Guangxi(92cases of Zhuang nationality and 93 cases of Han nationality)and 175 cases of normal control(88 cases of Zhuang nationality and 88 cases of Han nationality)were collected respectively.Using phenol chloroform method to extract DNA,using polymerase chain reaction(PCR)amplification of IL-17 A rs2275913 and IL-17 F rs763780 gene,PCR product fragment was connected to DNA sequencing analysis,the results in the Genbmnk gene library for sequence comparison.Results :Zhuang Crohn’s disease(CD)group and control group was statistically significant IL-17 F rs763780 genotype and allele frequency difference(P < 0.05),Zhuang ulcerative colitis(UC)group and control groupIL-17 F rs763780 genotype and allele frequency comparison no significant difference(P > 0.05)Zhuang.The IBD group and the control group IL-17 A rs2275913 genotype and allele frequency distribution showed no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusions : IL-17 F gene SNP locus rs763780 is related to the susceptibility of CD patients in Guangxi Zhuang nationality,and the susceptibility of.IL-17 A gene SNP locus rs2275913 in patients with UC of Guangxi Zhuang nationality has nothing to do with the susceptibility of Guangxi Zhuang IBD patients.
