| [Objective] Based on the the monitoring data of Yao nationality students in Guangxi from 1985 to 2014 in six national surveys on students' physique and health,to explore the changes in height and weight of Yao nationality students aged 7-18 years old in Guangxi in the past 30 years,and grasp their changing trend.According to the physical survey data of 2014,the relationship between the physical development level and sexual development of the Yao students was analyzed,and the scientific basis was provided for the future research,the intervention work and the formulation of the program.[Methods] Based on the survey data of the 7-18 year old Yao students in Guangxi in 1985,1995,2000,2005,2010 and 2014 are analyzed.(1)The six surveys of Yao nationality students aged 7~18 years in Guangxi province were described by the average number and standard deviation,the height and weight of different age groups and sex groups in the past 30 years were obtained.Taking2000 as a cut-off point,we compare the difference between the first 15 years andthe last 15 years.(2)By drawing the growth curve and the situation radar map,the height and weight characteristics of Yao nationality students aged 7-18 years old in Guangxi were analyzed.(3)Analysis of the lateral dynamic changes over the past 1985-2014 years,7-13 years old students In the 1995-2010 as the base age,compared with the next survey monitoring value,the 5 year growth value is calculated and the trend analysis is carried out.(4)Taking 2014 as an example,two independent sample T-test and binary regression analysis were used to investigate the correlation between the first spermatorrhea,female menarche and the physical development level of Yao nationality students in Guangxi.Analysis somatotype Characteristics of the age group of the first spermatozoa and menarche.;Sexual development indicators include male first spermatorrhea and female menarche;physical development indicators include height,weight,chest circumference,sitting height,height index,BMI index,and skin fold thickness.[Results]1 height and weight(1)The height and weight of the Yao nationality students in Guangxi accords with the general rule of growth and development,and generally shows a wave growth.The increase in the first 15 years was larger than that in the last 15 years.In 2014,compared with 1985,the average height of Yao nationality boys increased by 6.54cm;the average height of Yao nationality girls increased by4.50 cm.The average weight of Yao nationality boys increased by 5.70kg;the average weight of Yao nationality girls increased by 3.90 kg.(2)The calculation of height and weight growth rate of the years showed that the age of height,weight gain and peak age of the Yao students were progressively ahead of time.The peak age of the sudden increase in 2014 was 2years ahead of 1985,the height of the boys was 11-13 years old,the weight was12-14,the height of the girls was 9-11 and the weight was 10-12.(3)The height,the body weight curve and the situation radar chart of the years show that the development level of the male and female students of the Yao nationality in Guangxi is different in the early youth,and the gap in the late adolescence is narrowing and basically flat.(4)Trend analysis of variance analysis showed that the growth of height and weight showed a linear trend over the years(P<0.05).The growth trend of height and weight for 5 years(or 4 years)in the 7-13 year old group in1995-2010 years showed that the maximum growth rate of the 7-10 year old group was the majority in 1995.2 Sexual development(1)In 2014,the earliest age of Guangxi Yao male's first seminal emission was 13 years old,the latest was 18 years old.The earliest age of girls' menarche was 11 years old,the latest was 15 years old.The age of menarche was 2 years later than that of girls.(2)Comparison of two independent samples T-test for spermatorrhea rate of50% find that the height,weight,chest circumference and sitting height of boys in the have spermatorrhea group were higher than those in the haven't spermatorrhea group;Comparison of two independent samples T-test for menarche rate of 50% find that Besides the height index,the other physical development indexes were higher than those in the future tidal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Two yuan logistic regression analysis showed that male first sperm,female menarche and height index were all related,OR values were 1.210,2.268,and girls were more associated.(4)Compared with two independent sample T-test in sexual developmentage group it was found that there were significant differences in height and height sitting index between menarche group and non menarche group of girls in14 and 15 years old group(P<0.05),and significant differences in height and height sitting index between have spermatorrhea group of boys and menarche group of girls in 14 and 15 years old group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]The height and weight of the Yao students in Guangxi are in accordance with the general rule of growth and development.Girls enter a sudden increase 2 years earlier than boys,and their height is higher than weight.Compared with 1985,the peak age of the sudden increase of men and women in2014 is moving forward.In the past 30 years,the height and weight development of the Yao students showed that the difference in the early youth was larger and the difference in the late youth was reduced.It was suggested that the students should strengthen the nutritional diet in the early youth and reserve the energy needed to maximize the potential of growth and development.In2014,the age of the first seminal sperm of Yao nationality boys in Guangxi was later than the age of menarche,which accords with the general law of adolescent growth and development.The physical development level of the first sperm,menarche and menarche was higher than that of the non occurring group.The difference between male and female was not the same,and the high index of female sitting height was more associated with the menarche. |
