Objective:To investigate the hemodynamic parameters of intracranial arteries in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)by transcranial color Doppler ultrasonography(TCCD)The value of TCCD in the evaluation of intracranial hemodynamics abnormalities in OSAHS patients.Materials and Methods:Totally 31 OSAHS patients(10 males and 21 females)confirmed by PSG in The frist affiliated hospital of dalian medical university from October 2016 to January 2018 were selected as control group 37 cases of OSAHS symptom health examination(18males and 19 females).Logistic regression analysis between the two groups showed no significant differences in gender,age and BMI after adjustment.Exclusion criteria: the two groups were excluded cerebral infarction,ischemic stroke,polycythemia,hypertension(> 150 / 90mmHg),patent foramen ovale,coronary heart disease,severe liver and kidney dysfunction,cancer and other diseases,and Due to poor temporal window imaging,TCCD detection of intracranial arteries showed poor patients.Applying the L5-1 probe(frequency of 2MHz),HIOSION VISION Preirus HITACHI color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus was used to detect transcranial color Doppler ultrasound in OSAHS group and control group respectively by TCD mode.The systolic blood flow velocity(Vp),mean velocity of blood flow(Vs)and mean arterial pressure of the anterior cerebral artery(ACA),middle cerebral artery(MCA)and posterior cerebral artery(PCA)(Mean blood flow velocity Vm),diastolic blood flow velocity Vd,pulsatility index PI,resistance index RI.SPSS 22.0 softwarewas used to analyze the data,and the chi-square test was used to analyze the difference of intracranial hemodynamic parameters between OSAHS group and control group.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the differences between the two groups in the analysis of hemodynamic indexes.The basic data such as gender,age,and BMI were not statistically significant after the two groups were compared and were comparable.Result:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups Logistic regression analysis was used to correct the differences between the two groups.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age and BMI(P> 0.05)The P value of the indicator is the corrected P value.2.The systolic velocity(Vp)of bilateral ACA,MCA and PCA in OSAHS group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).3.Compared with the control group,the diastolic blood flow velocity(Vd)of right ACA and bilateral MCA of OSAHS group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),diastolic blood of left ACA and bilateral PCA Flow velocity(Vd),the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);4.The mean flow velocity(Vm)of right ACA and bilateral MCA in OSAHS group was significantly higher than that in control group(P <0.05),and the average blood flow velocity of left ACA and bilateral PCA(Vm),the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);5.The pulsatility index(PI)of bilateral ACA,bilateral MCA and right PCA in OSAHS group were higher than that in control group(P<0.05),the pulsatility index(PI)The difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);6.The resistance index(RI)of left ACA and right PCA of OSAHS group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the resistance index of right ACA,double MCA and left PCA),The difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).7.In the OSAHS group,the intracranial arterial blood flow velocity was higher than the normal range in 13 cases.The intracranial arterial blood flow velocity in the control group was within the normal range.The detection rate of intracranial arterial blood flow anomalies in OSAHS group was 41.7%,Compared with the control group there are significant differences(?2 = 13.898,P= 0.00).Conclusion:1.TCCD is an effective detection of abnormalities of intracranial hemodynamics in OSAHS patients.2.OSAHS can cause abnormalities in patients with intracranial arterial hemodynamics,blood flow velocity showed an increasing trend.
