Objective:To study the relationship between TCM syndrome differentiation of acute ischemic stroke and color Doppler detection of artery of the brain. To approach the application of economic,non-invasive color Doppler in acute ischemic stroke,which supplies objective index for TCM syndrome differentiation of acute ischemic stroke and improve the accuracy of TCM syndrome differentiation.Methods:120 cases of acute ischemic stroke patients were selected,which including syndromes of wind-fire disturbance,wind phlegm stasis,deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis,phlegm hot and organs sthenia.They were divided into four groups by the syndrome.And a health 50 cases was adult control group.The four groups of different syndromes of acute ischemic stroke patients with intracranial brain artery,the color Doppler relevant indicators (intracranial artery peak systolic blood flow velocity(PSV),carotid artery diameter,the carotid artery bifurcation endometrial Media thickness IMT,the detection rate of plaque,plaque nature,peak systolic blood flow velocity (PSV),resistance index(RI)).Contrast was made between them,and the normal control group,to observe the relationship between TCM syndrome differentiation of acute ischemic stroke and color Doppler detection of intracranial artery of the brain.Results:1 Acute ischemic stroke and four-card TCCS detection of intracranial artery PSV correlation:1.1 Intracranial arterial speed,followed by PSV:Wind-fire disturbance group>Phlegm hot and organs sthenia Group>control group of healthy adults>wind phlegm stasis group>Deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis group, Four of the card with intracranial artery PSV healthy adults control group had a significant difference(P<0.05).1.2 Deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis group,wind phtegm stasis group PSV is lower than the group and Phlegm hot and organs sthenia Wind-fire disturbance on the group,had a significant difference(P<0.05);Wind-fire disturbance on the group PSV Phlegm hot and organs sthenia is higher than the group had a significant difference(P<0.05);Deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis group PSV less than wind phlegm and blood stasis resistance group, had a significant difference(P<0.05).2Acute ischemic stroke patients and 40 card-neck artery color Doppler detection of relevant indicators:2.1 Acute ischemic stroke four cards ultrasonic measuring carotid artery (CCA),internal carotid artery(ICA),external carotid artery(ECA)artery diameter than the large group of healthy adults,had a significant difference (P<0.05),40 permits between the carotid artery-diameter size difference was not significant(P>0.05).2.2 Five ultrasonic testing bifurcation of the carotid artery IMT were: wind resistance group phlegm and blood stasis>Deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis group>is Phlegm hot and organs sthenia Group>Fenghuo disturbance on the group>control group of healthy adults,40 card-two-dimensional ultrasonic testing bifurcation of the carotid artery IMT and healthy adults control group had a significant difference(P<0.05),Which way the wind phlegm and blood stasis,of Qi and blood stasis,of Phlegm hot and organs sthenia group is larger than the nuisance Fenghuo group,had a significant difference (P<0.05);Which way the wind phlegm and blood stasis,of Qi and blood stasis group,is Phlegm hot and organs sthenia group there was no significant difference between the(P>0.05).2.3 Five ultrasonic testing of carotid artery plaque detection rate were: wind resistance group phlegm and blood stasis>Deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis group>Fenghuo disturbance on the group>is Phlegm hot and organs sthenia Group>control group of healthy adults,40 card-two-dimensional ultrasonic testing of carotid artery plaque with the detection rate compared to the control group of healthy adults had a significant difference(P<0.05); Compared to between four card-there was no significant difference(P>0.05).2.4 Two-dimensional group of four cards ultrasonic testing of carotid artery plaque nature of comparison:Qi and blood stasis group compared to other more stable plaque,the differences were significant(P<0.05).2.5 Each group of color Doppler detection of carotid artery peak velocity of the size difference was not significant(P>0.05).2.6 Each group of color Doppler detection of carotid artery RI followed by size:wind resistance group phlegm and blood stasis>Deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis group>is Phlegm hot and organs sthenia Group>Fenghuo disturbance on the group>control group of healthy adults,four card-based health and carotid artery RI Adult control group had a significant difference (P<0.05);Wind phlegm and blood stasis resistance group,Deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis group carotid artery RI group is larger than Phlegm hot and organs sthenia,Wind-fire disturbance on the group,had a significant difference(P<0.05),wind phlegm stasis group,Deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis group RI There was no significant difference value(P>0.05), is Phlegm hot and organs sthenia Group,Fenghuo group on the nuisance value of RI There was no significant difference.Conclusion:Acute ischemic stroke,brain artery color Doppler detection of the index and the control group of healthy adults had a significant difference,Transcranial color Doppler detection of intracranial cerebral artery carotid artery color Doppler ultrasonic testing of ischemic stroke have a certain value.Acute ischemic stroke four cards of the brain and intracranial artery color Doppler detection of the objective indicators of a certain relevance,Brain artery,color Doppler detection of the objective indicators of acute ischemic stroke TCM have some type of reference value.
