Materials and Methods1.Research objective:By analyzing the clinical data of patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities after gynecologic oncology in our hospital,to investigate the incidence, influencing factors and effective intervention measures of venous thrombosis(LDVT)in patients with gynecologic tumor after operation.Provide powerful reference for future clinical diagnosis and treatment.2.Research materials:Sellected a total of 77 cases of deep venous thrombosis(LDVT)after surgical treatment of tumor gynecology between March 2015 and June2017 as the experimental group.Selected patients were diagnosed for the first time and all confirmed by imaging techniques.During the same period, sellected a total of 260 patients without Postoperative LDVT as the reference group. All the selected had no other related systems diseases.3.Research methods:By retrievalling the archived cases,Statisticed the two groups of patients' clinical data, such as age,BMI,medical complications, benign or malignant tumors, rehydration before surgery, perioperative hypoproteinemia, blood transfusion, range of surgery, operation time, surgical position, and site of thrombosis.Compared the experimental group with the reference group. Thus obtained effective clinical analysis of the incidence of postoperative LDVT in female gynecologic tumor patients.4.Statistical methods:SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for data collection and analysis.Measurement data is represented by(x±s),and usd two independent sample t-tests for comparison?Count data is represented by a percentage and compared by using the?2 test.P < 0.05 means that the difference was statistically significant.Taken single factors as independent variable, thrombus or not as dependent variable, performing two-variable two-class Logistic regression analysis.Result Age,BMI,operative time, range of surgery, medical complications, different surgical positions, benign and malignant disease, perioperative blood transfusion, preoperative rehydration or not, etc, were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in hypoproteinemia between the two groups.Conclusion:1.Old age, obesity, malignant tumors, combined with hypertension, diabetes and other internal diseases, perioperative blood transfusion, long operation time, and large range of surgery are high risk factors for thrombosis.2.No relationship between hypoproteinemia and LDVT;Thrombosis mostly occurs in the left lower extremities;Preoperative rehydration can effectively prevent LDVT.3.Clinical feasibility assessment after admission, taking effective preventive measures during the perioperative period to reduce the incidence;early diagnosis after thrombosis, individualized and effective treatment, could reduce the mortality rate.
