Objective: This study collected 108 cases of postoperative of lung cancer patients, discuss the main risk factors of deep venous thrombosis for postoperative of lung cancer patients, so as to provide basis and methods for making a decision to prevent and reduce deep venous thrombosis of postoperative of lung cancer patients. Methods: The study used a non-randomized controlled study earlier methods, collected 108 lung cancer patients who operated at the Department of thoracic surgery of First Hospital of Jilin University, from March 2013 to December 2015. Cases were divided into LEDVT group which has 36 cases and control group which has 72 cases. Compare the gender, age, body mass index, diabetes, chemotherapy, tumor stage, tumor pathological type, operation style, operation time, intraoperative bleeding and other factors in the two groups, discuss the main risk factors of DVT for postoperative of lung cancer patients. Use SPSS 22.0, first, do the single factor statistical analysis, measurement data use t test, check whether the data is accord with normal distribution, if not, then use the Mann-Whitney u test. For count data use the c2 test. Then use the Logistic regression analysis to evaluate the risk factors of deep venous thrombosis for postoperative of lung cancer patients. Results: Statistical results of t test and c2 test showed that the following factors will increase the risk factors of deep venous thrombosis for postoperative lung cancer patients, which including T2 DM, preoperative chemotherapy, pathological type, lung cancer stage, surgical time(P < 0.05). Logistic regression analysis indicated that the risk factors of lung cancer pathological type, stage of lung cancer, operation style were statistically significant. Conclusions: For postoperative lung cancer patients, the adenocarcinoma, stage III, and thoracotomy were the independent risk factors of deep venous thrombosis.
