The Design And Implementation Of An Expert System For Epilepsy Based On Bayesian Belief Networks

In the 21 st century,with the wide application of Internet,big data,cloud computing and other related information technologies in the medical field,the rapid growth of medical data has led to a trend of diversification and complication.How to make use of the medical big data to play its due value and function in the medical informationization process has become a research hotspot in the medical profession,academia and industry.This thesis introduces Bayesian Belief Network epilepsy expert system design,using the data mining technology on epilepsy classification made beneficial exploration,and presents epilepsy expert system based on Bayesian Belief Network.It mines large amounts of data resources in order to mine the rules of epilepsy diagnosis and presents treatment.Firstly,this thesis completes the collection and pretreatment of epilepsy data.The original data is derived from Hospital Information System and Internet information knowledge.By using heterogeneous data integration and pretreatment,an expert knowledge base of epilepsy is introduced.Secondly,Bayesian Belief Network is applied to the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy cases,and the characteristics of epilepsy,inducement and previous medical history are explored,and the diagnosis and treatment of the experts in the field of epilepsy are simulated.Comparing Naive Bayes with analysis of the Bayesian Belief Network,the final choice algorithm based on Bayesian Belief Network constructing epilepsy data mining model is proposed and evaluate the sample data.Finally,an expert system based on Bayesian Belief Network is implemented.According to the information present by the user,the system can diagnosis and treatment the epileptic type,and then present the diagnosis and treatment suggestions and treatment plan.After checking expert doctor,epilepsy expert system can realize the data processing,diagnosis,classification,knowledge query,the results show four big functions,has the characteristics of humanization,intelligent,and meet the actual demand of epilepsy experts auxiliary diagnosis and treatment,achieved the desired design effect.
