Objective:This article is about the cerebro-cardiac syndrome(CCS),to explore the incidence, clinical features, pathogenesis, prognosis and preventive of cerebral-cardiac syndrome caused by acute cerebral infarction. To analyses and compares the relationship between CCS and electrocardiogram(ECG),Cardiovascular biomarkers. Methods:Collected 198 acute cerebral infarction patients in our hospital department of neurology from January 2016 to December 2017,all patients were diagnosed by CT or MRI.Dynamic observed the ECG and To analyses and compares the relationship between CCS and electrocardiogram(ECG),Cardiovascular biomarkers results, and analysis combined with clinical data.Results:(1)94 cases had CCS in 198 patients with acute cerebral infarction, the rate was 47.5%,of which 72 were abnormal in ECG and 46 with abnormal To analyses and compares the relationship between CCS and electrocardiogram(ECG),Cardiovascular biomarkers.Of 72 cases with abnormal ECG,44 cases had ST-T changes, among the 46 cases of To analyses and compares the relationship between CCS and electrocardiogram(ECG),Cardiovascular biomarkers abnormalities, the NT-pro BNP increased 29 cases and cTn-I increased 24 cases.(2)In acute cerebral infarction of basal ganglia, brainstem, thalamus, lobe, cerebellum, the incidence of CCS were 55.2%(42/76),50.0%(20/40),41.6%(10/24),41.4%(17/41)and29.4%(5/17),The basal ganglia, brainstem and lobe were statistically significant. Conclusion :(1)Most of the patients with acute cerebral infarction were combined with CCS,the change of ECG was mainly st-t,the main manifestations of Cardiovascular biomarkers change were the increase of NT-pro BNP and cTn-I.(2)CCS was affected by the site of the lesion and the severity of the disease, the most common site were basal ganglia and brain stem.(3)Island lobe infarction may lead to sinus arrhythmia, and thalamic infarction may lead to atrial fibrillation.
