ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical manifestation, pathogenesis, and prevention measures of acute cerebrovascular disease complicated by cerebro-ardiac syndrome.MethodsRetrospective study90cases of acute cerebrovascular disease patients with cerebro-cardiac syndrome. Analysis the occurrence time, type, location, electrocardio gram and myocardial enzymes changes, and prognosis.ResultsThe cases with hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease in patients with higher than ischemic cerebrovascular disease had higer incidence of cerebro-cardiac syndrome (CCS) than cases with ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Cerebro-cardiac syndrome mostly occured within72hours after cerebrovascular events occurred, and the average time of occurrence was(53.26±4.28) h. Heart damage mainly was ECG abnormalities, the highest incidence of myocardial ischemia, followed by arrhythmia, pseudo-myocardial infarction and acute myocardial infarction. In different hemorrhage area, thalamus, basal ganglia, brain stem, cerebellum, cerebral lobes, the CCS incidence was separately69.23%,66.67%,71.42%,60.00%,33.33%, basal ganglia, thalamus, brainstem and cerebellar parts of the incidence was significantly higher than the lobes of the brain, in addition to the cerebellum, and among the lobes of the brain there were significant statistical difference.Near the midline had higger CCS incidence abnormal cardiac enzymes accounted for90.91%of CCS, and occurred more than48hours after the acute cerebrovascular event, and returned to (?)omal within2weeks.51in55improved in patients with CCS,and34in35improved without.Conclusion1. In patients with cerebro-cardiac syndrome, hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease patients were more than that with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.2. Cerebro-cardiac syndrome was occurred within72hours after acute stroke.3. Cardiac enzymes abnomality occured within48hours after the events of acute cerebrovascular disease, and returned to normal within2weeks.4. The acute cerebrovascular disease patients which stroke area close to the midline has high CCS incidence.
