BackgroundThe patient with acute cerebrovascular disease always presents cardiac injury which is called cerebro-cardiac syndrome(CCS)through clinical observation. It characterizes as the abnormal of ECG arrhythmia, elevation of cardiac enzyme and so on, and it may influence the prognosis of the patient and increase the risk of sudden death. CCS can belongs to the categories of "stroke" and" chest-ache", which have no responseed disease in TCM.Currently typing according to syndrome differentiation of CCS is notunified. Though there has been the standard which mainly come from the discussion and collective researches of parts of home expertses, and is short of the clinical Epidemiology of TCM pathogenisis, baffling its canonical treating according to the syndromes at certain degree, further affecting the exaltation of the clinical whole curative effect of TCM.This research adopt the way of combineing the epidemiological study and the strict modern statistics method, which tries to find the main syndrome of CCS and the distribution of them for directing canonical treating of CCS.MethodsFirstly, we designed the Investigation Format of TCM on the basis of the anylasis result of the related articles and books. Secondly, we just investigated CCS patients and make records carefully. Thirdly we impute and check the investigated data adopting the SPSS 11.5, and estab -lish a syndrome differentiation measureing form, whose sensitivity and specificity are validated by experts, of basic syndromes of TCM on non -atrophic CCS for computer using on the foundation of reading many articles, combineing presently relatively authori-tative syndrome differentiation reference standards of TCM pathogenesis on CCS. Then getting the basic syndrome of every case through differentiation of syndrome adopting the calculator. Lately the statistics method involved are the descriptive method, the Hiearchical Cluster method and correlating analysis.ResultsAbout the basic CCS syndrome are deficiency of Qi and blood stagnation (37 cases, covered 28.5%), wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(36 cases, covered 27.7%), phlegmatic hygrosis closing mind(15 cases, covered 11.5%), spit fever and FU-organs sthenia syndrome(14 cases, covered 10.8%). According to results of the Hiearchical Cluster method, we find that four primary clinic syndromes are deficiency of Qi and blood stagnation, wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, phlegmatic hygrosis closing mind, spit fever and FU-organs sthenia syndrome.ConclusionsThe basic pathogenesis of CCS is the deficiency of Qi and blood stagnation and wind phlegm blood stasis. The basic CCS syndrome are deficiency of Qi and blood stagnation syndrome, wind phlegm blood stasis syndrome, phlegmatic hygrosis closing mind syndrome, spit fever and FU-organs sthenia syndrome.
