Osteoarthropathy is a common human disease, and the incidence rate increases rapidly with age.The patient's diseased joints are painful, swollen, and have dysfunction of their activities, which seriously affects the quality of life of the patients and leads to disability. In addition to conservative treatment to delay the progression of the disease, surgical treatment is an increasingly popular treatment for patients.Artificial joint replacement surgery has achieved remarkable achievements. However, the average effective life of implanted artificial joints still cannot meet people's requirements.Friction and wear of the implanted prosthesis results in osteolysis and joint loosening as major causes of joint failure. The wear condition of the implanted prosthesis determines its maximum service life.In order to improve the performance of implanted artificial joints, except for selecting the appropriate molding material(such as acetabular cup and femoral head material),it is necessary to improve the lubrication of the joint system.Inadequate lubrication results in persistent pain, inconveniences, and premature failure of artificial joint. Therefore, the key to solve the problem is to find the appropriate lubricants and provide adequate lubrication for the artificial joints.Hyaluronic acid(HA)is a component of the synovial fluid of natural joint. It has good lubrication performance. In this paper, two parts were completed using hyaluronic acid:1.Preparation of hyaluronic acid bionic joint fluid containing polydopamine nanoparticles and its tribological properties, rheological properties and biocompatibility were studied. The dopamine hydrochloride self-polymerizes in an alkaline environment. This paper uses sodium hydroxide to create an alkaline environment to prepare polydopamine nanoparticles. The polydopamine nanoparticles were characterized and mixed with hyaluronic acid to prepare bionic joint fluid. The tribological properties, rheological properties and biocompatibility of the bionic joint fluid were tested.2.Preparation of hyaluronic acid bionic joint fluid containing gelatin nanoparticles and its tribological properties, rheological properties and biocompatibility were studied.Gelatin A was dissolved in deionized water to make a gelatin solution, which was redissolved after purification with acetone and the pH was adjusted to 2.5.Acetone solution was added dropwise with stirring, glutaraldehyde was used as a cross-linking agent, the reaction was stirred, and the gelatin nanoparticles(GLN-NP)were obtained by centrifugation.Gelatin nanoparticles were characterized and mixed with hyaluronic acid to prepare bionic joint fluid. The tribological properties, rheological properties and biocompatibility of the bionic joint fluid were tested. The results show that the particle size of the two nanoparticles is smaller, the particles are uniform and the dispersion stability is good. The biomimetic joint fluid prepared has good tribological properties, improved rheological properties with the addition of nanoparticles, and good biocompatibility.
