Objective(1)To explore the research of residue about Sulfonamides in CNKI by Cite Space, and analyze the current research status, hot spots and other relevant contents,in order to provide useful insights for the study of sulfonamides antibiotics.(2)To monitor the residue of sulfonamides antibiotics in animal-origin food purchased in Wuhan city and conduct exposure assessment,to provide references for the risk assessment and control on their potential health hazards.Method(1)Comprehensive electronic searches of CNKI were conducted to identify any study reporting the residue of Sulfonamides from 1979 to 2017.The literature were analyzed using the methods of visual software Cite Space after eliminating the non-compliant literature(2)351 samples were collected in the supermarkets and terminal-market in Wuhan city randomly.Sulfonamides antibiotic residue were determined by UPLC-MS,and the data were analyzed with SPSS18.0.Monte Carlo methods of probabilistic assessments was selected for exposure assessment,to estimate cumulative exposure probabilities.Result(1)The number of literature published on CNKI is rising rapidly year by year from 2002.The main research institution were College of Food & Bioengineering of Henan University of Science and Technology,College of Veterinary Medicine of China Agricultural University,KLDS of Northeast Agricultural University, however, the cooperation among them is poor. The top frequency of keywords include animal-origin food、aquatic products、 milk、meat 、HPLC、HPLC-MS and other new keywords.(2)The order of detected rates were SMZ(80/351),STZ(59/351),SCP(39/351),SIA(36/351),SM2(35/351),SPD(18/351),SM(1/351)and the difference was statistically significant.Beside of STZ,other components were all detected in meat and aquatic products. However,STZ was the single sulfonamides antibiotics component detected in eggs and milk. Some correlation was explored between different sulfonamides antibiotics component in concentration, and different components presented tendentiously contaminate respective food. The dietary intake of SCP,SMZ,and SIA was low in50% and90% of the population, and the other 4 components was high.Conclusion(1)Animal-derived foods(including aquatic products, milk, pork, chicken, etc.),sulfa antibiotics multi-residues,liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry-tandem mass spectrometry were research hotspots of food categories, target antibiotics, and detection methods, respectively, which have high research value.(2)It is of great concern that sulfonamides antibiotics residues exist in animal-derived foods. As a result, the government should strengthen the regulation and monitoring.
