Objective:To identify the related factors of retroperitoneal lymphatic metastasis from locally advanced cervical carcinoma after treatment. Methods:Patients with stage ?B-?B cervical carcinoma who were treated in our hospital during 2009.01-2011.12 were collected.Screening cases that meet the conditions for enrollment and follow-up visits. The patient's pathological type, clinical stage, parametrial invasion and metastasis, tumor marker levels, hemoglobin levels, infection immunity, treatment methods and other data were statistically analyzed.Statistical software was used to analyze relevant data to determine the risk factors associated with the occurrence of retroperitoneal lymphatic metastasis from cervical carcinoma after treatment. Results:According to the inclusion criteria,a total of 372 patients with cervical carcinoma who met the inclusion criteria were selected. As of the last follow-up period,a total of 52 patients had post-treatment retroperitoneal lymphatic metastasis. The incidence of retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis in cervical cancer after treatment was 13.9%.The statistical analysis results of the basic conditions, treatment methods, and laboratory tests of the enrolled patients indicated that:Pathological type, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, and tumor size were high risk factors for retroperitoneal lymphatic metastasis in patients with locally advanced cervical carcinoma after treatment.Systemic adjuvant chemotherapy for patients with cervical carcinoma could reduce the incidence of retroperitoneal lymphatic metastasis after treatment, but it was not statistically significant. In addition to the above factors, age, neoadjuvant chemotherapy, tumor marker levels,HPV infection status, and HGB levels were not associated with post-treatment retroperitoneal lymphatic metastasis in patients with cervical carcinoma after treatment. Conclusion:Tumor diameter>4cm,pathological type adenocarcinoma,FIGO stage?B stage, pelvic cavity, common iliac lymph node were high risk factors for the occurrence of retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis after cervical cancer treatment.Neoadjuvant chemotherapy failed to reduce the incidence of retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer after treatment;adjuvant chemotherapy could reduce the chance of retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis after treatment, but there was no statistical difference.
