Objective:By comparing the indicators of thrombolysis in multi-level and multi-path catheter-directed thrombolysis(CDT)and single-path catheter-directed thrombolysis,to investigate the application and clinical efficiency of catheter-directed thrombolysis(CDT)and single-path catheter-directed thrombolysis in treatment for acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(LEDVT).Methods:Collected 79 patients with acute deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities complicated with pulmonary embolism from January 2016 to December 2016 in the Department of Vascular Surgery of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, including 40 cases and 39 cases of females. The clinical data were perfected.the system was selected for thrombolytic therapy. The patients who chose single-path catheter-directed thrombolysis were included in the group A(control group),a total of 30 cases. The patients who chose multi-level and multi-path catheter-directed thrombolysis were included in the group B(experimental group),a total of 49 cases.During the treatment of 5 days,7 days,10 days and 18 months, the thrombolytic efficacy and prognosis were evaluated according to the clinical symptoms of patients before and after treatment, the changes in the circumference before and after treatment of the limbs, and the reexamination of angiography. Results:The clinical symptoms of both groups after treatment were improved, and the degree of ipsilateral limb swelling was relieved. After 7 days, the thrombolysis rates of the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the thrombolytic rate of the experimental group is higher than the control group. In the multi-level and multi-path catheter-directed thrombolysis group, the thrombolysis rates of different thrombolysis methods was not statistically significant(p>0.05).There was statistical significance between two groups in the swelling rates on the 5th and 7th days(p<0.05),and the thromblysis rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. After 10 days. After 18 months, the Villala score incidence of thrombosis sequelae between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the number of sequelae in the experimental group was less than the control group. Conclusion:For patients with LEDVT,the efficiency of treatment by thrombolysis therapy can get better as soon as possible.Using catheter-directed thrombolysis can obtain clinical effect faster and have no increase in clinical complications.Planting retrievable filters in inferior vena cava can prevent the occurrence of pulmonary embolism effectively.
