| Objective: To explore the clinical intervention effect of Gynuradivaricata extract powder and tetragenous viable bacteria on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with inflammation.Methods: in December 2015-2017 year in December in our hospital for the treatment of type 2 diabetes and inflammation in 100 patients as the research object,arranging according to the time order of admission,were divided into two groups randomly,the control group was treated with conventional drugs for diabetes and(or)insulin and four probiotics treatment with the use of Gynuradivaricata extract powder in the experimental group on the basis of treatment,changes of intestinal mucosal barrier and related detection index of two groups were observed in patients with diabetes related detection index,serum inflammatory factor.Results: in 1.0d-7d after the intervention,diabetes related indexes of patients in the two groups(FPG,2hPG,FINS,HOMA-IR and HbA1c(%))of each index level was decreased,but the difference between the two groups there were no statistical differences(P>0.05);but in 14 d after the intervention,the experimental group decreased the level of each index compared with the control group,and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05);according to the 0 ~ 14 d diabetes related indexes(FPG,2hPG,FINS,HOMA-IR and HbA1c(%))the difference between the two groups before and after the index and the difference between before and after,there were significant differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),it can be seen that the intervention effect of the experimental group than the control better.2.by comparison,the intervention of 0d,serum inflammatory factor in the experimental group and the control group(IL-1,IL-6,CRP,TNF-alpha and adiponectin)five indicators is no difference,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05);while in the intervention of 7D and 14 d,serum inflammatory factors in the patients of the two groups of each index were significantly decreased,especially in 14 d after the intervention,the inflammatory cytokines in experimental group compared with the control group decreased much more,there are differences between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);according to the 0 ~ 14 d of serum inflammatory factors(IL-1,IL-6,CRP,TNF-alpha and adiponectin)and the difference between the two groups the difference between before and after the comparison of the five indexes,there were significant differences between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),that the intervention effect of test group is better than control.3.after the results show that the intervention of 0d,intestinal mucosal barrier function in the patients of the two groups(D-serum lactic acid,endotoxin and two amine oxidase)three indicators the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);and 7d,14 d after the intervention,two groups of patients with intestinal mucosal barrier function of each index in experimental group compared to control group there are obviously reduced,especially in the experimental group,the intervention of 14 d gut barrier function(serum D-,lactic acid bacterial endotoxin and two amine oxidase)three indexes of test group than in the control group declined more(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.According to the 0 ~ 14 d gut screen function(serum D-lactic acid,endotoxin and two amine oxidase)before and after the three indexes and two groups of difference difference before and after comparison,there were significant differences between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference can be seen that the intervention effect of experimental group was more obvious than in the control group.Conclusion: the oral hypoglycemic agents and(or)subcutaneous insulin injection and taking Tetravaccine preparations based on the treatment with the use of Gynura divaricata extract powder,can improve diabetes related indexes significantly,at the same time can significantly reduce serum inflammatory factor levels,on the basis of improved gastrointestinal dysfunction the symptoms of diabetes.Therefore,the results of this study provide effective data and new directions for the treatment of type 2 diabetes in the future.And the powder and extract of Gynuradivaricata tetragenous viable bacteria preparation combination still has broad exploration prospect in the clinical application and research,also need to do more and more in-depth research,for the development of new medicinal resources and new drug research and development,has far-reaching and great significance. |
