| Objective: To explore the clinical value of AMH and sex hormone in evaluating ovarian reserve,and effects of commonly-used estrogen replacement therapy on ovarian reserve.Methods: a total of one hundred patients in our department of gynecologic clinic,assigned into three groups as follow: 34 with normal ovarian reserve,33 with POF,33 with DOS.The serum basal AMH,P,FSH,T,LH,E2 were examined and the correlation with AMH and Sex Hormone was analyzed.After treated with hormone replacement therapy for DOS and POF,observing AMH and basal endocrine hormone levels,then the level of AMH and basal endocrine hormone with abnormal ovarian reserve patients at admission among pre and post-treatment were compared.Result:There were significant statistical differences between the three groups on P,FSH,T,LH,E2 and AMH(P<0.05),in the group of POF,the AMH,T,E2 were obviously less than other two groups(P<0.05),LH and FSH were obviously higher than other two groups(P<0.001).Pearson correlation analysis shows that AMH has direct proportion with P,T,and E2,but has inverse proportion with FSH and LH.The level of basal endocrine hormone in patients with abnormal ovarian reserve has been improved after treatment,but there does not exist any differences between pre and post-treatment in AMH level.Conclusions : The change of AMH level is relatively early and is not controlled by hypothalamic pituitary ovarian axis that is more convenient,stable and highly compliant and stasidynic to hormone drugs.Therefore,a joint detection of AMH and sex hormone levels in clinic can increase the prediction and accurate evaluation of ovarian reserve for proactive interventions and right treatment. |
