Dimensional Analysis Ofmatrix Metalloproteinase SNP Locidifferences In Xinjiang Between Uygur And Han Women With Pelvic Organ Prolapse

Objective : To study the correlation of the matrix metalloproteinases gene polymorphism with the pelvic organ prolapse and any differences between The Han nationality with The Uighurs.Methods: According to the results of correlation analysis of the existing POP genome,selecting the allele of MMP-9(rs17576,rs3918253),using the snap cybershot genotyping method,carrying on Matrix metalloproteinases gene loci parting between the experimental group patients of pelvic organ prolapse(44Hans,45Uygurs)with the control group(53Hans,55Uygurs)which are the patients without basin function disorder,assessing the correlation between the single nucleotide polymorphisms with the disease and the expression of differences between the Han and the Uygurs.Results:1.The above two matrix metalloproteinases 9 SNPs loci related receptor genotype and allele frequency have no statistical significance in the POP group and the control group,the Uighur experimental group and the control group,the Han nationality between experimental group and the control group;2.The expression of the related gene like rs17576 of matrix metalloproteinases 9 have statistical significance(P<0.05);However,rs3918253 SNP site genotype and allele frequency between the two ethnic groups have no statistical significance(P>0.05).
