Research background and purpose:The occurrence of ACI is accompanied by the corresponding neurological impairment in the function area of ischemic necrosis, which can bring great harm to the physical and mental health of the patients. In recent years,HHcy has been recognized as an independent risk factor for ACI.However, the pathogenesis of HHcy is not clear at present, and there is no clear conclusion whether it can effectively reduce the incidence of ACI and promote the recovery of neurological function in ACI patients after lowering the level of Hcy.This study on patients with ACI Hcy levels and blood coagulation and fibrinolytic indexes of detection, analysis the relationship between them, discuss HHcy anemia in patients with ACI the influence of the function of blood coagulation and fibrinolytic system, designed to improve the clinical doctor's emphasis on HHcy hematic disease, companion has HHcy of ACI patients to provide more specific therapeutic targets and improve the prognosis of patients with ACI.Methods:Patients with ACI were studied, and HHcy group and non-hhcy group were divided according to the Hcy level.(1)To determine the value of folic acid, vitamin B12 and the gender ratio of patients in HHcy group and the MTHFR genotype of some patients, and to explore the factors influencing the Hcy level;(2)To determine the coagulation and fibrinolysis indexes of the two groups, and to investigate the effect of Hcy on the function of coagulation and fibrinolysis system in ACI patients.(3)Determine the value of hypersensitive C protein in two groups, and discuss the effect of Hcy on the inflammatory response of ACI patients.(4)The relationship between carotid artery atherosclerosis and Hcy level was discussed in the two groups. Results :(1)The level of Vit B12 and FA in non-hhcy group was significantly higher than that in the HHcy group, and the Hcy level was negatively correlated with Vit B12 and FA levels, which was statistically significant. There were more men than women in the HHcy group, and the mutation rate of MTHFR genotype was88.89%.(2)The level of FIB in the HHcy group was higher than that in the non-hhcy group, and the difference was statistically significant. The values of R and K were higher than that of HHcy group, and the values of angle(?)and CI were lower than that of HHcy group, and the difference was statistically significant.(3)The hs-crp level of non-hhcy group was lower than that of HHcy group, and the difference was statistically significant.(4)The Hcy level of HHcy group is positively correlated with IMT.Conclusion :(1)The level of Hcy was correlated with the gender of patients, and there were more males than females in the HHcy group. The level of folic acid and vitamin B12 was negatively correlated with the level of Hcy;MTHFR genotype can affect Hcy level.(2)HHcy can affect the function of coagulation and fibrinolysis system in ACI patients and promote its thrombosis.(3)HHcy may promote the inflammatory response of ACI patients.(4)Carotid atherosclerosis is associated with HHcy.
