The Curative Effect Of Shu Xue-tong On The Plasma D-dimer Of Membranous Nephropathy

Objective: Acording to collect the nephrotic syndrome clinical cases which pathologic types is membranous nephropathy,comparing Shu xue-tong injection Candesartan+Shuxuetong group and Candesartan group plasma D-Dimer content,monitoring plasma albumin concentration(Alb),homocysteine(Hcy),and 24 hour urine protein quantitation before and after the treatment of Shuxuetong.Methods: 60 patients undergoing renal biopsy,pathological diagnosis of stage I-II membranous nephropathy and conformed to the standard of admission in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into Candesartan+Shuxuetong group(30 cases)and Candesartan group(30 cases),and selected 30 healthy volunteers from the Department of physical examination in our hospital as the control group.Collecting the general clinical data,such as sex,age,plasma D-Dimer,plasma albumin,24 hour urine protein and homocysteine.General symptomatic treatment was given to patients in the Candesartan+Shuxuetong group and the Candesartan group: low salt and low-fat high protein diet,diuretic swelling,on the basis of Candesartan 4mg 1 times per day,the intervention group were treated with Shu xue-tong injection of 6ml into the 5% glucose injection 250 ml intravenous infusion,1 times per day,the course of treatment was 3 weeks.Observing the changes of D-Dimer,Alb,Hcy and 24 hour urine protein in the Candesartan+Shuxuetong group and Candesartan group before and after treatment.Results: 1 There was no significant difference in gender and age among Candesartan+Shuxuetong group,Candesartan group and Control group after statistical treatment(P > 0.05).2 Compared with Control group,the D-Dimer,Hcy and 24 hours protein levels of Candesartan+Shuxuetong group and Candesartan group increased significantly before treatment,Alb was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference(P > 0.05)about D-Dimer,Alb,24 hUP and Hcy between Candesartan+Shuxuetong group and Candesartan group before treatment.3 Compared with Candesartan group,After treatment,there was significant difference between two groups of index D-Dimer,Alb,24 hUP,Hcy.The D-Dimer,Hcy and 24 hUP in Candesartan+Shuxuetong group were lower than those of Candesartan group,and Alb was higher than that of Candesartan group.Conclusions: 1.Plasma D-Dimer in patients with membranous nephropathy is higher than that in normal control group.2.The Candesartan combined with Shu xue-tong injection can significantly reduce membranous nephropathy patients plasma D-Dimer concentration,reduce blood viscosity,improve blood flow,prevent thrombus formation,decreased 24 hours urine protein,homocysteine concentration,enhance plasma albumin concentration,and it has a good clinical therapeutic effect.
