| Objective: The research of the detection and clinical significance of plasmaβ-TG,AT-III,D-dimer in idiopathic nephrotic syndrome.The method is statisticsing theirage, gender,24hour urinary protein quantity, plasma-albumin, blood lipid,creatinine,Ureanitrogen,glomerular filtration rate,creatinine clearance rate of the34cases of idiopathicnephrotic syndrome and eliminating the patients with other disease of the bloodsystem,tumor disease,the disease of blood system,etc.Adopting Pearson correlationanalysis,matched sample t-test,two independent sample t-test.Analysising the detectionand clinical significance of plasma β-TG,AT-III,D-dimer in idiopathic nephroticsyndrome.And compared with normal.Method: Adopting ELISA method,substrate method and immune turbidimetric analysismethod to determinate the levels of plasma β-TG,AT-III,D-dimer in the34cases ofidiopathic nephrotic syndrome and30cases of normal.Statistical method:all the data wereanalyzed by statistics software SPSS17.0.Normal distribution measurement data wereshown as means±standard deviation (X±S). Compared with the control group withsingle factor analysis of variance, paired-sample T test was used when we comparedPatients before treatment and Patients after treatment, index correlation analysis withlinear correlation analysis.The inspection standard was alpha=0.05.Results:1)The levels of β-TG and D-D in idiopathic nephrotic syndrome were higher thanthe remission group after chemical treatment and the healthy group (P<0.05);2)The levelsof AT-III in idiopathic nephrotic syndrome were lower than the remission group afterchemical treatment and the healthy group (P<0.05);3)INS in plasma of patients with β-TG, D-D level was negatively correlated with ALB (P<0.05), associated with Upropositive (P<0.05),Plasma AT-level was positively correlated with ALB Ⅲ (P<0.05), andnegatively correlated to Upro (P<0.05).Conculsion:1) INS in plasma of patients with β-TG, AT-Ⅲ, D-two dimer level more timely, accurately reflect the in vivo coagulation and anti coagulation and fibrinolysis.2)Dynamic monitoring of plasma of patients with INS β-TG, AT-Ⅲ, D-two dimer levelscan be used to monitor the changes and guide clinical medication.3)Anticoagulant therapycan reduce the incidence of thrombosis, embolism possibility of INS patients, improve thetherapeutic effect, prognosis.4)INS in plasma of patients with β-TG, AT-Ⅲ, D-twolevel of D-dimer and ALB in patients with Upro and closely related. |
