Objective: This article is aimed to explore the clinical value for early identification of acute coronary syndrome by detecting the level of IL-6R,cystain C and hs-CRP in acute coronary syndrome patients.Method: 265 patients with coronary arteriography, who were enrolled in the Department of Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from October 2016 to March 2017,were consecutively selected.According to history, clinical manifestations and results of coronary angiography, the patients were divided into 89 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),87 patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP),41 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP)and 48 patients without coronary stenosis as control group.Hs-CRP in serum was measured with Hitachi 7170 automatic biochemical analyzer, and the levels of IL-6R and Cystatin C was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Compare the levels of IL-6R,Cystatin C and hs-CRP among four groups(P>0.05),and evaluate the degree of coronary artery by disease Gensini scores.Correlations among IL-6R,Cystatin C,hs-CRP and Gensini score were analyzed.Result: Experimental results show that the serum levels of IL-6R,Cystatin C and hs-CRP in the group of UAP and AMI were significantly higher than normal control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-6R,Cystatin C and hs-CRP in the group of AMI and UAP were significantly higher than SAP group(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-6R and hs-CRP in the group of AMI were higher than UAP group(P<0.05),but Cystatin C level were similar beteen the two groups. There was a significant positive correlation between IL-6R levels and Gensini scores in patients with AMI and UAP(r=0.391,P=0.020).No correlations between Cystatin C or hs-CRP and Gensini scores(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in IL-6R levels among multi-vessel disease group,double-vessel disease group, and single-vessel disease group(P>0.05).Conclution: The expression of IL-6R,Cystatin C and hs-CRP were significantly elevated in ACS patients, which could reflect plaque instability. Therefore, serum IL-6R,Cystatin C,and hs-CRP levels have a role in identifying acute coronary events.IL-6R was positively correlated with coronary stenosis, but not with the number of vascular lesions.Detection of IL-6R,Cystatin C,and hs-CRP inflammatory markers has certain clinical reference value for early intervention of acute coronary syndrome.
